Plus with them being cheap it is worth it to have multiples so you don't have to bother changing wheels. I currently have 2 - 1 with a grinding wheel and 1 with a wire brush. Both have lasted a good long time.
That's a great idea. Think I'll pick one up pretty soon just for that reason. Hate having to swap back & forth on those intensive projects.

If you are worried about money, I would just buy what you need to replace the missing pieces in your Craftsman set. Unless you are missing a ton, it's not going to cost you $140 at HF to find whatever is gone.
If it was just that easy. The case the tools go in is in really bad shape.
Craftman doesn't guarantee the cases the set come in just the tool them self
Also even at HF it would run around $80.00-$100.00 to replace all the missing tools.
Craftman tools has really went down in quality since I bought the set 10-15 years ago that why I don't wont to replace them with Craftman.
Before I spend $140.00 I just though I would see what other thought about this set if it worth $140.00. I looked at several other HF set but none comes with quick release ratchets, I must have QR ratchets.
But thanks for your input. I do believe I will go out tomorrow & get them all I see Is good thing about this set.SmilievomitStick Out Tonguebouncelaugh out loud

Can you believe this. Let me start by saying I know this is a Harbor Fright thread but, I just had to post this. In December of last year I need a Door Knob Hole Set for drilling in to a steel door ,I checked at Harbor Fright they had the 8 Piece set for$40.00.
I was able to find a find a 13 piece set at homedepot.com for $50.00 shipping Included ($87.00 at there store) so I ordered them .
When I received them the set was missing a $5.00 adapter so I emailed Home Depot ,got an email back saying in 2-3 week I will received the missing part.
I took 30+ Days, but yesterday I receiver from Milwaukee them self not 1 but 2 complete sets. I called Milwaukee to make sure there was not a mistake & was told that Home Depot had them send me 2 sets. What great is last week I gave up on receiving them so I took my emailed recite to there store and got the $5.00 part.
Can you believe that?

I bought the 301 piece set during the last ITC night sale. It's definitely worth the cash, I grew up using nothing but Craftman and ocassionally Mac tools. And this set is better than both. Very high quality socket wrenches and a ton of sockets, pliers, screw drivers. Although the case works, but is crappy plastic, better than a cardboard box though. Get it for $139.99 with the coupie, you won't be dissapointed.

i have had it for about 2 months and it has everything I could ever need up to 1 1/4" socket i think. just changed the serpentine belt on the titan last week with the 1/2" rachet and 14mm socket. no problem what so ever. damn neighbor borrowed the breaker bar so i tested the rachet out. very nice set for the money. paid a little under $150 with coupon otd. ps dont throw away the foam that go between the trays. Store clerk said it is a nightmare if you do. foam holds everyhting in the corrct place as nothing snaps in.

HF has a wooden workbench part number 93454. It's a light-colored wood thing with 4 drawers under the work surface. I swear I have seen a coupon recently pricing it at $139.99. Does anyone know where this coupon came from? I'd like to find it again and buy one.

I've heard the construction on those things isn't the greatest. But to be fair, the one at my local store seems pretty solid. So who knows.

Notice how the "Inside Track Club" is printed in big letters just above the barcodes?

I wonder if this is so they can ask to see an ITC card.

Before, I'd just cut off the top and they looked like any other coupon.

They asked me for my card when they noticed it. Then I edited the coupon in paint and removed that part. Worked fine after that Big Grin

Nice!

I find it hilarious that they don't have an inventory control system that they can set so ITC coupons only work when scanned after an ITC account number. Grocery stores do it every day.

However, if you read the HF sucks FB page, you get the idea that the inventory control/prediction systems are just a joke at HF.

Perhaps not that useful due to short timeframe:

10% off of any one item with code 99056947 through noon tomorrow 1/27

No 10% isn't special, but it should work online. Percent off coupons for online are pretty rare.

It appears to be some sort of make up for their site being down tonight for maintenance.
