April Fools Harbor Freight Multi-Meter No Purchase Required [youtu.be]

That settles that. Let's put that one up on wiki. Now all we need to do is find the flashlight no purchase required. Let the hunt begin!!!!
Nice video :-)
Funny that you felt you had to block the store from the camera though, you actually don't have to do that...
I also thought it was humorous that you went back into the store after checking out with the meter... I dunno why, but I would have gone and put the meter in my car, then went back in and got another freebie with purchase :-)

good stuff though, I enjoy watching your videos.... NewEgg (I think) has a camera built into glasses for $40 (I think).... I thought that would be cool to document a trip somewhere with the glasses on and recording LOL ;-)

I bought a new camera just to do better videos to upload and found that the cheap cameras really suck. My camera phone does way better and work the way I want to. First person view and easy to document. Everyone thinks it's just my phone and it is, but it's recording. Plus I look normal and don't raise any eyebrows.

I might do more of this in the future. It was funny and fun to do.

Nice. They must love you at your store; they sound super-friendly. At my HFT, most of the employees are cool, except for a 20's something girl that has a snooty attitude. She hates dealing with coupons, price-matches, etc. Stresses me the hell-out whenever she is the only one at the registers and I have to deal with her.

I have those spy glasses.. They are great and are very practical for youtubing. No one can tell you are recording at all, as they appear to be a simple pair of sunglasses. The pair I have records in 640x480 format (very clearly) and picks up sound very well. You also can timestamp your videos, if you choose. I received them as a gift, so not sure how much they cost, etc.. However, I believe they can be had for around $25 or so off of Meritline. I also believe that a higher rez model is now available. All versions I've seen use a MicroSD card for storage and can either record several hours worth of video or snap photos, depending on what mode you set it in w/the press of a button.

If you want to be inconspicuous, I highly recommend the spy glasses. It will also free up your hands so that you can better carry all your tools and freebies. Smilie

To the new guy - Welcome.

No we don't buy/sell coupons here, we just give them away. Look at the Wiki on the first page to find all the free with purchase, and 20 or 25% off coupons.

I typically do 3 orders at each visit. I use one 25% off and one "free with purchase" coupon on every order!

Also the Track Club coupons seem to work for me every time even though I'm not a member. You just have to "clip" the coupon right with your scissors. LOL!

Every coupon I've used has been a scan from this website and I've never had a problem. Either B&W or color will work, yet I like the color ones the best. Big Grin

I hit up Wally World and browsed the magazine section. I noticed this coupon as one I had not seen in the wild (it was a motocross magazine).

Nice work! Smilie Can you also stitch up the ones found HERE please? TIA.
It's easier to get a complete matchup of the edges if you scan thise sheets 4 times, that way no single coupon is cut in half by a stitch job! HTH

Holy SHOOT brother. I can't believe that full page 8 1/2" x 11" coupon worked! You need to shrink that down by about 75% before you print it. Not only are you wasting a lot of ink or toner, but it looks outrageous. If you need help shrinking it let me know!

You also have a header on that coupon that says it's a .jpeg (picture) coupon. You better cut that out so they can't see it. I couldn't see the bottom of the page but I sure hope it DOESN'T say http://www.slickdeals.net/

LOL! You're a crazy man!

Why did you cover the camera? I couldn't see the items that you were walking by? How much were those knee pads on that end cap?

You sure did walk right to the meters like you knew where they were located. LOL.

"I'm not sure if this is real or not"???? You're killing me! You ALWAYS have to walk in with confidence and act like you know exactly what you are doing. Never ever ask a question - You set yourself up to be shot down. "April Fools Joke"??? Come on.......... The little girl sounded very friendly wish you would have got a shot of her. Would have like to see what she looked like! LOL!

BTW - That little furniture dolly at the end of the check out line. They often go for $7.99. They are totally junk. I had 2 that I returned. Don't ever buy them!

Should have went and put it in your car first. Would have been funny if she charged you on your second trip through the line.

And they say I'm sick?????????????????? You kill me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They are OK if you spend time picking them out. Most of them have at least one wheel that sticks or doesn't rotate well so when I buy one I inspect all four wheel and make sure they spin and rotate freely.

I actually buy these dollies sometimes just to get the casters off them to use on other items (shelves, etc). At $7.99 that's $2 per caster. Much cheaper than buying them individually.

The pair I have is HERE [meritline.com]. I remember reading up on a pair that does at least 720p [meritline.com] video (I believe the official spec boasted 1280x960 video), but couldn't find that one (w/the pinhole camera). I also found the pair I have $5 cheaper on dhgateDOTcom/ (mini-dv-sunglasses-video-dvr-camera-recorder/p-ff80808130b922e80130d1836db35f92.html?recinfo=8,2,2#cppd-2-2). I did find a few others with dubious specs though on a few other sites via Google search [google.com].

Pay careful attention to memory capacities, etc., encase you decide to go with a different pair. I no longer have the spec sheet on mine, but I believe it can handle up to either an 8GB or 16GB card. I'm pretty sure it could not handle a 32GB, as I remember that particular point irking me some until I realized that I would be way out of battery by the time the glasses recorded that much video anyway. The idea of my recommending the spy sunglasses was for it to be more inconspicuous while recording and that it had sufficient quality for youtubing. Never did I try to compare them in quality nor make any claims of superiority (in any other way) to anything else at all.
