Now if you drive on to them slowly with caution, don't ram the "chock" at the end, and use jack stands for additional safety, they should work very well for you.

And don't forget to chock the wheels!!

I always drop it back onto the stands, then just a touch against the jack, unless it's where I need to work.

Good idea, what's the cheapest those HF wheel chocks go for?

Well, to the person who requested me to record how I get two freebies in one day, here you go. Uncut, unedited, raw footage in first person view. Follow the link below:

Two Freebie Items At Harbor Freight [youtu.be]

I also attached the Q's that I used in this episode. I hope you have better shopping than I did.

Agreed but I normally try to think jack & jackstand placements relative to the work I'm doing so I can keep the jack(s) in place.

A solid pile of dimensional lumber works well. I've got some skid chunks (roughly 3x3x24") that I've assembled (two for one, three for the other so I have a 7x3.5x24 and a 9x4x24) to often use as a base to a lumber pile jack stand or as additional height for my HFT 3T jack stands (only ever use 1 per stand if I do this)

There is a feature to blur faces on youtube. I just upload and select that feature.

As for the welder. It is not for me, I was getting it for someone else. I just love going to HF that much, I just find reasons to go. The air compressor is mine. Sold off my 2 gallon to upgrade to 3 gallon.

anyone have that Q for this old (semi) timer? It was in a 2 page newspaper insert, on the second page.... that's according to the HFT page that lists all their inserts but doesn't include UPC's...

thanks all!

Attachment 1901788

I was not talking about your recommendation directly. If you could, can you post a link or something to a video with the spy glasses. I would like to see the output of the video quality. You have seen my videos. Is it anything like that?

Thanks for your help.
As I mentioned b4, my Mac is down ATM. Frown That's where I stored my spyglasses videos. It does put out very clear video at 640x480 with very decent color saturation and motion fluidity. No apparent graininess and captured decent video even in low light conditions. I am very impressed with them for the quality of the videos they are capable of producing. A true bargain and totally capable of producing high quality videos for YouTube, etc.

I'd say the video quality is at least on par with the free MM video you took recently or perhaps may have slightly better quality. To boot, my first videos recorded great on a cheap 2GB Class 4 MicroSD.

That said, it is true (as some reviewers have mentioned) that they are a bit "quirky" to program (ie; set the date/time). As I recall, I had to connect my pair via USB and place a text file on the root level of the device's memory card with the time/date in a coded format. No big deal, but you know how some people can get. If not that, they'd next be complaining about the glasses having too many buttons, and how it is confusing setting the time that way. It is a no-win scenario trying to please some people when they don't have a clue as to basic engineering principals, etc.

Hilarious!!!! A++ for effort. Makes me want to get the recorder glasses.

The one in the videos is not the same. If I remember correctly they used to stock 2 different 20 gallon ones. With the latest ad I thought they had brought the other back, it was supposedly the better of the two(switch & pump, and added wheels).

I didn't see it in Dover, DE, but I was there in March so I wasn't sure if it was displayed yet. I'm hitting PRGB, MD tomorrow and will ask for a inventory search.

Maybe shoot a video if I find it......

Anyone find the washer with the wheels?
