When you've got something relevant to post about Target coupons, please post about it in the Target coupon thread! Info on London Broil:
To many, London Broil is a preparation, not a cut of meat. It is a steak cooked on high heat only to medium rare, beyond this point the meat becomes to tough to eat.

To others London Broil is marinating flank steak then cooking it in some form.

Butchers can label various cuts of beef as London Broil, such as flank steak, sirloin tip, top round, etc.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
With this in mind, I would highly recommend you try the London Broil preparation style with at least one of your "London Broil steaks".

For best results, marinate the meat for at least 3 hours or overnight in the refrigerator in the marinade of your choosing. It is easiest to put the marinade and meat in a sealable plastic bag. Turn the bag over once or twice. Remove steak, discarding marinade.

Grilling: When you are ready, grill the steak over high heat for about 3 minutes per side, then turn the grill down to medium if using gas or move the steak to a cooler area if using charcoal, and cook for another five to six minutes, turning it once midway.
or
Broiling: Broil 4 inches from heat source 4-5 minutes per side, or to desired doneness.

Either way, do not cook much past medium rare or the meat will become tough. Slice thinly across the grain diagonally.

Be sure to save some left-overs for sandwiches the following day. Cold London broil on bread makes a wonderful lunchbox treat! Hope you enjoy Big Grin

Just to clarify for all, there is the Wags Coke Bogo Q for 20 oz coke (bricks and says Wags only) and there is also a regular MCR prize Q that is a Coke 12 pack bogo. The one I was asking about was the MCR prize generic coke 12 pack bogo Q. There's no way I'd try to use a "Wags only" Q in at my stores... Nono2
I just thought it should be clarified because there is alot of talk on other threads about the wags bogo, so lurkers might get confused and try to use the wrong one at T.

Hey BB, the ones they mail from the MCR are KM friendly (for the BOGO 20 oz, not the 12-pk, don't waste my points on the 12-pk BOGOs Smilie... ). I have one at home that I have been meaning to use.
I hear ya... and I have some of those K friendly Qs too, unfortunately my K's aren't always very Q friendly - it's hit or miss (and I missed last time) Sadwalk

I sent DD out for some Nyquil so I could sleep better. She brings back DAYQUIL Annoyed Gonna be another long night. This is the first time I have ever gotten a flu shot and it didn't work.
Hope you feel better soon! both my dd's have had the flu since sundayFrown my baby (4yr old) had a high fever over 104, so I took her to the dr and she gave us Tamiflu, but wouldn't give it to my oldest who is 7 because her fever stayed in the 100-102 range. OMG Tamiflu is EXPENSIVE! I have insurance and it still cost $75!!!!! don't think I will get it againCool If I had known before they filled it I think I would have skipped it. Now though the kiddo is taking ever last drop! even though she hates it and tried to throw it up the second time I gave it to her. she is smart thoug once she relized it was not negiotable, she takes it fine.

That sounds strangely familiar... are your kids related to my DF? LMAO
When I had my oldestdd I had what everyone else called a "demon cat" he loved me but was truly and attack cat, dh was seriously worried about dd, but he considered her part of me until she was almost 4, she "smelled" like me so he considered her an extention, she could pull his tail his ears his whiskers, everyone was SHOCKED at what he tollerated, once he decided she was no longer a baby and "part" of me he was less tollerent and I could no longer keep him

the kitties I have now are ragdolls and OMG they are amazing and so tollerent! In the last 3 yrs no one in the house has been scratched except by accident(i got it one day for being on his landing pad when he was running and jumping for some insane cat reason) or bitten.

laugh out loud 2001: the year DH and I got married, the year we both took a pay cut to live on fellowships for a year (we were still in grad school then), the year I realized how little $$ we had, the year I started using Qs. Not a coincidence. Smilie

So where we lived in Chicago the only stores I had locally were two local groceries (not Q friendly) and Walgreens. So I learned how to Q at Walgreens, mostly on my own.

I can pretty much do those deals in my sleep. T I still feel like I'm learning every day. And when they open CVSs here (coming soon apparently) I'll have to re-learn that system. Or not. WAG + T + the occasional run to Smiths (Kroger) keeps me plenty busy as it is.

My Broiler is actually under my oven, so the heating element is ontop instead of on bottom of the food. Different stoves are different you'd have to look yours over, but mine is gas and it has a broil spot on the oven knob and a tray pulls out under the main oven. I know electric ovens can be different, my mom's has a storage spot where my broiler is, and she just moves her rack to the top position in the oven and puts her knob on broil.
