PlasmaWave creates at least some ozone. Ozone is an indoor air quality pollutant. Consider buying something else that creates zero ozone.

* And now to address this, the plasmawave can be deactivated (handily labeled button) AND the CALIFORNIA Air Resources Board (CARB) certified the Winix PlasmaWave technology as "ozone free", so this means that (WHEN ACTIVE) the ozone emitted is beneath a certain threshold that CALIFORNIA considers safe. Why the emphasis about California? They're the reason all of your products have, could cause cancer stickers. And even they think it's safe (again, when active.) if you don't want any ozone at all, don't run the plasmawave feature.
