Got two of these last year on the same deal, both are still going strong. Highly recommended! Put one in my living room and the other one in my bedroom. Sounds weird but I rarely sneeze in my house anymore. I have a cat and no longer wake up with congestion.

Not weird at all. Completely expected. I have this one and one of the older Winix 5300's. Both going strong and much less sneezing during allergy season for me (and yes, I still take medication, but every little bit helps).

How good is this with dust? I have hardwood floors now and I just cannot get over how much dust is everywhere, especially in nooks and crannies.

I've tried a number of different air purifiers, with true HEPA filters, at this price range but they all do nothing basically for dust.

Damn, the two-filter pack alone is $89 at Costco. Great deal. These make excellent white noise generators for sleeping, if that's your thing.
