Amazon Subscribe & Save - Missing Discounts

I strongly suggest that if you have Subscribe & Save items and have put 5 or more in to get the 15% discount that you look very closely before letting it be processed/charged to your account.

Over the month I put 8 items in my monthly S&S basket, if you will, and on March 1st I was asked to review my orders. What I noticed this time, and quite possibly missed before, was that only 2 showed the 15% discount and the other 6 only showed the original 5% discount.

When I contacted Amazon and asked Why, they responded that having reviewed my Subscribe & Save orders they agreed that all of them qualified for the 15% discount but that I would need to let the orders be processed as is and then once shipped I would then be given a refund for the difference - but they didn't answer the question and if I hadn't noticed the problem they wouldn't have done anything except increase their profits.

Now I have to go back through all of my Subscribe & Save orders and see if they have cheated me before and I suggest you look at yours to make sure you haven't been cheated as well.

They did the same to me this month. Two items had the 15 and the other four only has 5 percent. I had to contact them.

That has always been the case: 5% for any month with 4 items or less and 15% for any month 5 items or more.

Ive gone through my s&s and didnt find discrepancies. This type of thing has been posted on sd before so probably worth a check on your account.

Always check your orders. Its happened multiple times to me. Too common for it to be a mistake.

Happened to me last month too. When I contacted chat they agreed that the item should reflect a 15% discount and they weren't sure why it wasn't. Issued me a $5 courtesy credit as an alternative, and said they "fixed it" so that the problem wouldn't happen again. It ended up reflecting the 15% after it shipped

This has been going on for a while for me, all i do is cancel my order and re subscribe and it goes back to 15%

not all items get the 15% when you have 5 or more items. Some items are capped at 5%

I just went to my Amazon order page and they used to show how much is charged to your credit card per order without having to go through each order. Now it's gone and I have to go to each order details to see my order total. When did they remove this?

Subscribe and Save is becoming too much of a hassle now. Similar to the previous PSA thread, I noticed coupon codes had disappeared from a few orders with no warning or explanation, but was lucky to realize and cancel those orders before they shipped.
