Hikvision OEM IP PoE cameras, the bullets look to have a trap door which may lead to a microSD card slot. There was no mention of a microSD card slot on the specs provided by Swann.

They should work well with either as you can get a nice rtsp stream from them.

I know it is easy to miss when checking specs - as Jiminy C points out the camera you linked to is a coax / bnc camera.
You can tell when you see this in the description:
Closed System/CCTV-Wired
and
Compatible Recorders: DVR-4900, 8HD5MP & 4HD5MP
Furthermore, that particular model is iirc a uniview OEM model - and while it is 5MP it's not so simple even when comparing one 5MP with another 5MP camera. Think of that as similar to comparing one 4 cylinder car with another 4 cylinder car.
I have not seen one recently - for these cameras you should look for a Hikvision OEM NVR.
Also consider a PC running the Hikvision OEM VMS software + a PoE switch ( or a PC running another VMS software - Blue Iris, Milestone... )
