If you currently have any kind of Saphire personal card that is active, you will NOTqualify for bonus points, even if you are approved.
If you close your Saphire card recently, you will need to wait 48 months from the date you received the previous Saphire bonus before applying to get the new card's bonus points.
Be careful not to waste a hard credit pull
Chase T&C:
"The product is not available to either (i) current cardmembers of any Sapphire credit card, or (ii) previous cardmembers of any Sapphire credit card who received a new cardmember bonus within the last 48 months. If you are an existing Sapphire customer and would like this product, please call the number on the back of your card to see if you are eligible for a product change. You will not receive the new cardmember bonus if you change products."
95 af is not waived for first year basically previously it was 50k with 95 waived first year now it's 60k with 95 af so pretty much the same
Also I'll get csr rather than csp if you spend 3400+ in travel, dining etc
It is pretty straightforward. When you use your card for ANY travel purchase (like Airbnb, airfare, hotels, Lyft, Uber, parking, some tolls, and many others), you will automatically be reimbursed, until you've spent a total of $300 on travel. In other words, Chase will pay for the first $300 in travel you spend each year with your card.

Can you use this card to pay for all household bills... mortgage, cell, water electricity etc...
Look into Plastiq if interested in paying some household bills that are not conventionally paid with CCs. Any pmt system that accepts CC should be fine,
Depends on what you wanna do. If you travel particular airlines frequently, target those cards. Out of personal cards, the hottest card is the AMEX Plat. If you can pull the 100k offer, that's an easy gimme.

I was thinking if i can use a card to get points why not pay ALL household bills with as a win-win

That's too bad, I just got the CP last year by opening up the personal and business card. Going to be a while before I can another CP if I have to wait 48 months from receiving the bonus points on those cards.
Also I had the Chase Sapphire Reserve and received the 100K miles back in November 2016. But I'm assuming the 48 month rule is retroactive to those who already had the card since the 48 month rule wasn't implemented till around August 2018? So I will have to wait till November 2020?

Because many things you may try to pay for will charge extra for using a CC. For example, I have a friend who's apt complex charges a flat rate of $70 for paying rent. He uses it only when he needs to meet spend req on a card and he'll put an extra $1-1.5k on it since it is a flat rate. In some cases that are % based - it may not be worth it since you are spending out of pocket to meet spend req. it's no longer a game of credit cards anymore and you are losing at this point because your profits will be marginal.
Yes, this is assuming they have not had the card before. Still though, the AMEX Plat 100k is too good to pass up.

If you have a spouse/SO, have them open it up till you are 48 months in. The simple answer to your question is yes. Even though when you signed up the bonus eligibility requirements were different, you are still subject to the new rulings. How do I know this? If you read the terms of the CSR / CSP application, it clearly states that you can not have earned the bonus for this same card in the last 48mos.
don't fail to mention that if using the Chase portal to redeem you get an extra 1.25 of value so really it is potential $750. If you own the Reserve you can transfer points to it and redeem at 1.5 making this a $900 value.
Per the second post, if you have a CSR then you aren't eligible for the bonus on this sapphire card.
