Sprint reached out and tells us that the link in the OP is outdated and this one https://community.sprin t.com/t5/E...-p/1033393 is the newer, corrected one.
I didn't want to edit the OP but if the OP wanted to edit to have this link.. that would be great.

When I last used it, they took a full day to reply, but did so personably and thoroughly.

Congrats for your accomplishment.... No more slavery.....
And since someone mentioned filling out the form and getting a someone will contact you response.....then what? Does the account just convert automatically despite that message? Does someone actually call you to complete the change? If so, what did that entail? Like did you have to play along like it was a legit referral and stuff?
Edit....and on this SWAC thing...can you get new phones through normal retail channels like bestbuy and the like should something good come up, like with the normal plans, or is it like SERO where they cant do anything with those accounts?
Went to tmobile, got a free sammy note 8, and plan to stay... And will probably get a free note 10 this fall

Networks could remain independent, at least until 5G, which they claim will roll out faster/broader merged, at least FCC seems convinced of their pitch.
SERO is supported by the Business unit last I needed roaming assistance. My CSR walked me through it seamlessly, realtime configuration and all. But, yeah, most of the time, I called the wrong (general) support line back in the day, and once they see SERO, the gloves came off and an hour of stunts to pry from my cold, dead ... they love their (double?) incentives.
Perhaps I'd fought to keep SERO for so long, I'm thinking there's a fine-print angle to these other packages.

EWD Phone Conversion Option3.
Paying $50 for Amazon Prime doesn't make any sense.
I converted 4 13 year old SERO lines to the $30 a month plans.
Must use AutoPay, or pay $5 extra per line per month (35).
Plan seems much better because calls are Unlimited.
50 GB is plenty for me.
Hotspot and HULU aren't important to me, but included for free.
Was Offered 2 Free Phones to boot. Must visit retail store to pick them out
I accepted their invite to place their Airspan Magic Box (I received Gen 3) in my home. Took me a few days to find the best window, but it's consistent / locked-in thru all (Cali) weather,
It's serving the neighborhood (data only) and all I feed it is electricity. if it behaves, I might feed it Ethernet later or Wi-Fi. For now, I verified throughput is tons faster (am a few blocks from a new-ish tower, so had iffy if any LTE).
Details here .. assimilation indeed, a neighborhood at a time

I pay $40 for Sero with 500 minutes + $10 for the premium (of using an iPhone X). I bought the iPhone full price when it was first released.
I'd move to Xfinity if xfinity offers a huge rebate, so that i can get a discount off my Xfinity internet service as well.
Sprint service was pretty bad, I never got 4G coverage and it was usually either 3G or no service. Voice wasn't an issue but this day and age I use my phone more for data than actual voice calls. It wasn't like I lived in the boonies or anything, I lived in the SF Bay Area and frequently travelled to other big metro's all over the US for work. Same shitty service, the battery on my HTC One M8 would drain super fast because it was always hunting for a signal. Their customer service is pretty incompetent. After I left Sprint I was being charged regulation/tax fees for an Airrave device that I returned back to them years ago. I ended up calling them to have it refunded back to me because I was being charged $3-4 each month for like 2 years after I returned the device. They told me it was resolved, then the following month I'd get another bill from Sprint. It took like 15 service calls to finally fix it.
