Sprint reached out and tells us that the link in the OP is outdated and this one https://community.sprint.com/t5/E...-p/1033393 is the newer, corrected one.
I didn't want to edit the OP but if the OP wanted to edit to have this link.. that would be great.

Note: Sprint stated they were in the process of of migrating all SERO accounts to SWAC, so you can either initiate the move yourself if you wish, or wait until they eventually get to your account.

Here is the dedicated customer service email. [email protected]
When I last used it, they took a full day to reply, but did so personably and thoroughly.

Almost ready to convert from sero to swac. I have two plans on one account. I would like to convert both plans and do a release of liability to sibling. I would like for it to go smoothly and not get screwed up.

Should I do it as separate transactions a day apart?

Also, which should be done first? Release of liability or swac conversion

I sent an email to the ceo address provided in another post, no result. Just submitted SERO-SWAC conversion request, will update with result. Fingers crossed that I don't get shot down - I've had SERO for over 10 years

Question---
I went from Sero 500 to Sero Unlimited a few years ago, due to buying S8+. Is it worth it to convert to the SWAC, since I've had Sero since inception. I'm worried about Sprint screwing up my plan, as they are known to do.

Edited: I am receiving the $15 credit, per month for the S8+.

Not sure about your current plan; but, I was sitting on the fence and wondered about the benefits of SWAC over SERO, or vice versa, too. Reports on recent Reddit threads of SERO plans being converted, initiated by Sprint, seemed to me to indicate that the end of SERO was inevitable. Additionally, I questioned how SERO plans would be handled if and when the TMobile/Sprint merger occurred and given everything that the SWAC plan offers (and also taking into consideration SWAC's $35/month vs. SERO's $57/month-after surcharges), it seemed to be a better fit for me today, than my 10+ year old SERO plan (which, interestingly, was at $30 when it was first introduced). I also have an unused AirRave device and now use wi-fi calling when needed.

I switched to SWAC last month and after reading subsequent posts, I've had no regrets with the conversion. The process was seamless and, in addition, I now have phone/data coverage in Mexico/Canada (I currently volunteer with a non-profit that operates medical clinics in Baja California, MX so this is a big plus for me), as well as a 50gb hotspot and Hulu and Tidal Premium, all for $20 less/month. In the end, it was a pretty easy choice and I'm very pleased with the result. Nice to see that Sprint remembered we "old timers", that hung in there with SERO and it's various iterations, over the years. Good luck.

BTW, if you choose to convert your SERO plan and intend to take advantage of the SWAC plan's "International Roaming", which is included, you will have to call Sprint and have it enabled on your account, as it isn't done automatically through the conversion process. When questioned, Sprint directed me to call their "Sprint Worldwide" department, at 888-226-7212 Option 3 and they were able to easily enable the International Roaming feature.

I don't see the monthly Uber credit some users are mentioning in the plan details when I look under the Advantage Unlimited Premium plan. Can any current users with the Advantage Unlimited Premium plan let me know if they are receiving any monthly Uber credit with their Premium plan?
