Update: The premium plan is now $45 before autopay discount, but no longer includes Uber credits. For those that don't use Uber, but pay for Amazon Prime, that now makes this plan the best deal.

Nowhere in these pages have I read that there would only be a trial. Now I was on a separate Prime month free trial that I enabled about 3 weeks ago, but I have canceled it and it is still active. Maybe that is causing the glitch?
My free one year will be up next month. What's the best way to go from there now? What are my options?
Was just offered this by a rep, been with SERO for years... makes me wonder why the much better plan for much lower cost. Sounds too good to be without any problems...

Reasoning was because I am no longer an employee and not sponsored by a current employee. That was the CS justification. Can't speak to its validity.
