Tracfone broke the trust with numerous customers on bundles and they can no longer be trusted. Screen-shots, receipts or any other action as the new way of proof, every year, to "protect and prove" you had mins/Mb/SMS that their system had just showed, the minute before.They will tell you to pound sand; as they did me. And they will waste your time; doing it. Bundle deals were the only slick deal and the bundles require trust. Opps. Work your way, far away from Tracfone. It's not just their very poor, live rep service. On-line changes will eventually eat your minutes; even if you do it perfectly. That's right. Dealing only with their main live reps is now required; over web site automation errors.I had many work before; until they didn't. Zero real recourse left to you then. Nothing practical you can do.Zero trust with Tracfone. I thought they would not actually leave you with nothing and I was wrong. Difficult was one thing. Stealing is bad character.

Fiesta 2 is 2GB RAM machine, vs the 1.5GB $10 Fiesta 1 from a few months ago. Same SD 425, 16GB storage.
