Compared to yesterdays non Touch Bar deal, here are the main differences:

2017 Non Touch Bar:
- 7th gen dual core (15W cpu)

Good point I didn't know 2018 isn't covered but... I have a feeling Apple with include it in the near future given that some had issues with v3 as well.
