- Need to add more ram
- hard drive is sloooow
- need to install an SSD or PCIE m.2
- TN screen (bad viewing angles)
- bloat (should clean install Windows)
A pain for cheap, but not cheap if you gotta add lots of stuff. 4gb is a joke.

Installing Windows is not an issue, so all depends on your level of experience and needs.
Dell includes software to limit battery charge; I set it to 55% max. Can't comment on battery life, but you need to tinker with Windows and use SSD. At some point I'll put an NVME inside.
Performance is good, enabled core parking so generally 1-2 cores are enabled. The Seagate 5400 HDD is meh. Telemetry and McAfee services will max out the drive. Be sure to disable both.
Did I mention there's a fingerprint scanner? It's pretty fast. Another thing, Dell shipped it with INTEL HD drivers alongside AMD. This caused mine to blue screen. So... I installed the latest adrenaline drivers after using DDU. Battery drain improved afterwards. You can use generic Realtek, Broadcom, and Ryzen drivers. Microphone array ain't too bad. Obviously a dedicated Yeti is preferred, but it's tolerable.
If you put a protector on the screen looks better. Overall build quality is nice for $320: you get a silver finish and the ports are firm. Keyboard includes a full number pad, as well as staged backlighting.
....
Text and UI elements are crisp with this being an FHD screen. However, the colors aren't as nice as my Surface Pro nor Y50-70. Those used IPS panels if I'm not mistaken.
I can't stand matte screens so I slapped a 15" screen protector on to solve that issue.
Overall, my score would be 6/10. Matte- 2, colors -1, brightness -1, bleed 0.
only black color photo has optical (dvd) drive.
