How do I qualify for the $100 Fi credit?

You can qualify as either a new or existing Google Fi customer.
Activate your Pixel 3a or Pixel 3a XL within 30 days of the shipment confirmation email and remain active for 30 consecutive days after activation.
Activate on the Fi account used to purchase the phone. You can activate it yourself or give it to a group plan member to activate.
Activate on a full service plan (i.e., data-only SIMs do not qualify).

When will I receive my Fi credit?

You will receive an email notification after all terms and conditions have been satisfied, and the credit will be applied to your subsequent bills (usually around 45-60 days after activation).

If you activate the phone on a single subscriber plan, the credit will be automatically applied to your monthly bill.

If your service is paused, the credit will only appear once your service is reactivated.

You might see reason why your trade-in value was affected. For more information about these reasons, see below:

Phone doesn't turn on or off: The phone doesn't turn on, turn off, or there's a problem with the charger.

Damaged screen: The screen is cracked, damaged, bruised, missing pixels, or the LCD is dark or burnt out.

Touch screen doesn't work: The touch screen isn't responsive.
