The Target Application -Circle
With Target Circle, every purchase using a non-REDcard form of payment can add up to earnings. In addition, Target guests using any form of payment, including a REDcard, will have the option to participate in certain offers and programs through Target Circle as may be available.

By joining or using Target Circle you agree to comply with these terms ("Target Circle Terms"). Target may update the Target Circle Terms or make any changes to the Target App at any time without notice.

As a member of Target Circle, every time you use a non-REDcard form of payment in conjunction with your Target Circle account at Target stores or on Target.com, you earn 1% on all eligible purchases. Earnings accumulate with every eligible purchase you make at Target. You will not earn 1% on purchases if you use both a REDcard and a non-REDcard form of payment on a single purchase.

To earn 1% on your Target store purchases, you must use a non-REDcard form of payment and provide your phone number at checkout in a Target store, or join Target Circle and either, present your Wallet barcode using a non-REDcard form of payment on the Target App at the time of purchase, or scan the barcode on your receipt within seven (7) days of your purchase. To earn 1% on Target.com or Target App purchases, you must have joined Target Circle and be signed into your Target.com account when you place your order using a non-REDcard form of payment.

To redeem your earnings you will need a Target.com account and you must have completed your profile in Target Circle, including your phone number if you joined Target Circle by providing your phone number. Once your profile is completed and you have accrued earnings, you can elect to move those earnings into your Wallet in the Target App to be used on your next purchase in Target Stores or apply those earnings to your next Target.com order during check out. Target Circle earnings cannot be used to purchase the following:

• American Express, Visa, Mastercard and iTunes gift cards in store or from Target.com.

• Specialty gift cards from Target.com, including gift cards for gaming, music and restaurants, such as Xbox and Olive Garden.

• Target GiftCards from Target.com.

If items that earned 1% under Target Circle are returned, the 1% earned on such item(s) may be removed from your Target Circle earnings. If you have already redeemed earnings on the returned items, Target reserves the right to take your Target Circle earnings to a negative balance (i.e. a balance of less than $0.00 in your account). In such event you will not earn redeemable dollars in Target Circle until you earn enough dollars to bring your account positive.

The 1% cannot be earned on purchases made in Target Optical, in-store clinics, some partner businesses, including CVS, Target Plus Partners, gift cards, adult beverages, dairy products, taxes, shipping, delivery, handling and all other fees or charges, payment of any charge account balance, payments for insufficient funds, prior purchases, or where otherwise prohibited by law. Other restrictions may apply.

You may choose to use payment with your REDcard to participate in certain offers and programs through Target Circle as may be available. Participating by using REDcard payment requires registration. To register, your REDcard must be added to your profile on Target.com and registered on Target.com/Circle. Once registered, you will continue to receive a 5% discount instead of the 1% earnings, however other transaction benefits, including earning votes for use in the Giving Program (as defined below), will be added to the Circle account associated to your Target REDcard. A Target REDcard can only be associated to one Target Circle account. For in-store transactions, if multiple Target Circle identification methods are registered, benefits will be awarded to the associated Target Circle account in the following order: 1) Target Wallet scan, 2) phone number entry, 3) registered REDcard.

One Target Circle membership is permitted per guest. Your membership is non-transferable and is subject to future Target Circle Terms. Your Target Circle transactions must be only for you and your immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent or "step" of each) living in your household. Earnings cannot be combined or transferred between accounts.

In the event of any abusive or fraudulent activity related to Target Circle, and/or a violation of Target Circle terms, as determined in our sole discretion, Target reserves the right to make any adjustments to, including termination of, your participation in Target Circle at any time.

Resellers are expressly excluded from Target Circle. If you purchase items for resale, Target reserves the right to not award earnings, to deduct improperly awarded earnings from your Target Circle earnings, and/or terminate your participation in Target Circle.

If your Target Circle membership or your Target account is closed, any accumulated Target Circle earnings will be removed from your account.

Target reserves the right to change, limit, modify or terminate Target Circle, the Target Circle Terms, and/or your membership, for any or no reason, at any time, with or without notice.
