You can get 2 popular Switch games digitally for $90. Most of these games can be $60. Normally you'd pay $120 to buy 2 of these games, but will end up paying $90 in the end. Super Mario Maker 2 ain't bad. But overall, I agree. I already have a lot of the other exclusives. They should have included Pokémon Sword and Shield and let people use it for a little double dip.

You CAN use it on Astral Chain, FE Three Houses, and Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3.
OP is saying that if you purchase two $50 gc for $45 each, you can essentially buy the vouchers with them so that it's $90 out of pocket.

OP is saying you can get TWO $50 eShop gift cards for $45 via other deals. And you get 500 gold coins valued @ $5 for buying the voucher. So that's $85 for 2 fully priced games.
You can save the voucher for future games as well.

edit: I just checked. If you go to eShop, check under Nintendo Switch Online [on the left side], and click on the voucher for $99, it'll show you "Future Eligible Software" with those 3 games I've mentioned.
