Note that this is B&M (in store) only. Target has Instant Pot 6qt Aura Multi Cooker for $69.95 in most stores (at least in my region).

Cartwheel has a 30% off coupon on Instant Pot 6qt Aura Multi Cooker [target.com] (in store only). End result is $48.96 for Instant Pot 6qt Aura Multi Cooker, which is the lowest price you can find. Depending on your local store price, you may be able to get it for less.
The YMMV part is, Target online also has it for $59.95 [target.com]. So, if they let you price match to their online price and use cartwheel after that, you maybe able to get it for $41.96. Cartwheel T&C says it cannot be used in combination with price match, so it's YMMV. I've seen a similar Cartwheel coupon work even after price matching, but I haven't tested this one yet. Worth a shot though.
