Thanks! Anyone considering the Dyson V8 should consider this vacuum for a fraction of the price. There's a couple of great reviews out there, but all have the same conclusion- Tineco A10 over DysonV8. Here's one of the reviews: https://youtu.be/7tpaszmqmqs
I was debating back and forth between the A11 and A10 and I kinda wanted the attachments and the extra battery, but at this price, I'm happy with the basics.

Do yourself a favor. If you're getting a cordless, spend a few bucks more and get a Dyson or one of the other better cordless vacuums on the market. These are okay for carpet, and just so-so on hard floors, but hard floors are usually what people get cordless vacs for. Here is a video review of this particular model.

Around the 13:30 mark of this video, [youtube.com]you can see it streaking hard floors.

I have the Tineco A10, and I have mostly hardwood floors. The Tineco is terrific. I am the ONLY person who vacuums my 2000 sf house. With 5 kids and 2 large dogs. I also own a Miele, a Quarter-Vac, and 2 small vacs and a carpet shampoo-er, nevermind the vacuums & floor sweepers I have discarded over the years. But I don't have a YouTube video. The Tineco is still completely AWESOME. This is a terrific deal, wish I had paid this-- but it works so well, I don't mind having paid full price.

Same boat. Have about 2000 Sq Ft with 4 hounds (2 Bassets, 2 Beagles) and 2 Siamese cats and I love anything that will eliminate messes and hair. Have three vacuum cleaners, 2 stick vacs, 2 carpet cleaners, a Crosswave, Floormate, and two floor steamers. Probably missing something too. So far the best experience I've had with pet hair removal has been Shark and Eureka. Best carpet shampooer has been the Bissell Revolution Pro Heat 2. The sad truth about floor care products is that most under $150 might clean good, but they have a short lifespan.

CCC lowest price is $155. At this price and with the good reviews I'm going to roll the dice and see how it compares to the pricey Dysons we have gotten used to.

How often are you going to be vacuuming a huge pile of dirt like that though? The streaking was caused by him pushing that massive dirt pile around.

You would surprised at what you might have to sweep up if you have cats and dogs. I've cleaned up birds, bird nests, locusts, moths, sticks, and anything else they can grab outdoors. Regardless, the vac shouldn't streak the floor. When it does that, it's harder to get up and you end up having to mop. As far as the guy pushing, I think that's the point. He's "pushing" the vacuum and it's not sucking it up fast enough so pushed it around instead. If you watch some of the tests with vacuums like Dyson and Shark, they suck in debris very fast and usually you can get everything in 1-2 passes.

As far as the price, this thing is at this price about every 2 weeks. There was a post for this at the same price about two weeks ago, although it was noted by someone responding and not the OP who didn't include all the discounts.

You must admit that Dyson is overpriced for what you get. The markup is like Apple and IOS device memory (a rip off)... Getting a Dyson is 10% better product, and 90% you paying for their huge marketing budget and profit padding.

Another blatant ripped from Dyson by Qian Dongqi and pals. One thing is to compete honorably, another is to straight up cheat, copy and then profit from it. IMHO, Tineco sucks and swallows. Wink

This wasn't Dyson's original concept or design... Learn a thing or two about stick vac history before coming around here spewing your inaccurate and dishonorable tripe... Fan boi LMAO

I don't think that's the conclusion. Thanks for sharing the video, I enjoyed watching it but would still stick to my dyson V6 and would recommend others buy a dyson (V6, V7 or V8) instead.
