Saw a new sign at Walmart that looks pretty interesting. There's no dates on it, and I can't find any info on the deal anywhere which tells me that someone probably screwed up and put the sign out too soon....but anyway.
Seems like a pretty good deal for AT&T network:
$50/mo. but $40 with autopay:
- UNL Talk & Text
- 25GB High Speed Data then 2G
- Hotspot included
- Mexico and Canada roaming included
2 lines would be $70, 3 lines would be $100, 4 lines would be $120, and 5 lines would be $140.
Looks like this deal is only at Walmart - everywhere else has 16GB data offer and it requires autopay. This offer looks like it doesn't require auto-pay.

Also, doing a chargeback and filing an FCC complaint isn't going to work if you haven't given ATT the time to provide the promised service. As when Moviepass went to $10 a month and there was a rush of new customers complaining because they hadn't received their cards, ATT has said they've been overwhelmed by the response to the promotion and it's taking them time to catch up. If you haven't taken the time to
Called customer service and he is "certain" that after the 10 days, I will get another 17 GB (33 total). I told him that is very unlikely and I'm not porting my numbers until this is straightened out. Any advice on how to escalate it from offshore CS who is just saying whatever he thinks will get me off the phone the quickest?

The ATT website says you can contact them after 10 days if you haven't received the 25GB. Then you have a reason to get them to make a case file and escalate it. I was told it would take 3-5 days after the case file was made before I'd see the 25GB, but fortunately if I have to call back, all the info is supposedly in their system, such as verification of Walmart IMEI, etc. So my advice is be patient but persistent, since they claim to have a backlog of updating accounts, while others have apparently given up and accepted the 16GB they're getting now without demanding what they're entitled to.
So with porting in, it does not matter when you port in. From your experience, you ported in a single visit to att store, and kept the sim inside the walmart phone til the 17Gb data showed up.
I wanna redo this again, i might port out to t-mobile get the $3 plan +$10 sim card, then port in again to att but ill bring the walmart phone to an att store and port in the same time.
Or should i port out to google voice instead? it's $20 to port out.

I'm in a multi line where all of us bought the phones and activated at the same time. Unfortunately 3/10 of us still only have 8gb bonus. 4 of the guys had it rectified yesterday.
Also I don't think keeping the sim in the phone does anything as a couple of the guys in my multi line have had it out since day one but still got the 17GB promo.
