Yeah, surprised there isn't more traction on this. Even without the rebate it is still a good deal at $65.

Pulled the trigger on that one yesterday for my first build. Wishing this has popped up, but 550 should be plenty for my budget build. Good reviews on both.

This Corsair is not fully modular, only silver, has shipping charges, and runs hotter than the Seasonic (bittech & Tom's reviews)

If 550 is plenty (which it probably is for most people) then the Seasonic is the better choice.

This thing does run really hot! I'm almost worried as my previous one never ran as hot as this thing.

What?
When did Bittech and Tom's Hardware (which I assume is what you're referring to) review this psu?

I have the 650W version and the fan doesn't even spin at 350W+ load.​
