Xfinity Mobile BYOD offer is BACK and with Galaxy as eligible device. **ONLY** for those with Active Comcast Xfinity Broadband connection:

Opening a new line with Xfinity Mobile with Bring your own Phone (iPhone 6 or above. Samsung Galaxy 8, 9 , 9+ or Note 8, 9) AND porting your phone number within 30 days of activation will give you $100 after 90 days of continuous service. You do not need to pay for data charges ( $12 per GB shared or $45 for unlimited per line) , just pay $3 for monthly service fee and taxes to keep line active for 90 days.

If you have an old S8 or iPhone 6 as spare then this is a great opportunity to sequentially use with other offers on SD for further savings. Here is how to do it (assuming offers are active when you use them)
1) Buy Tracfone SIM from Amazon for $0.99, pay $15 service fee to activate 1 month service and in 10 days get Amazon $25 eGift card code as a Text message so keep phone powered ON. More details on link . Earn $9 from this deal. Limit 1 per Amazon account.
2) After you get $25 Amazon GC from #1 above then port the number to Xfinity Mobile under this BYOD deal for $100 GC.
If you purchase something through a post on our site, Slickdeals may get a small share of the sale.

After making an appointment, I went to Xfinity store today and ported, activated a T-mobile line in 30 minutes (I brought billing statements for both Xfinity and Tmobile accounts, and had verified the pin number on my Tmobile phone).

They set up a separate account, linked to my internet account, for payment $2.58 for taxes, $12/gb + taxes if over 100 mb. The phone account would have paperless billing (I would need to check statement online)

RUMOUR: Saleslady Chantal told me that I could add a total of 5 new lines (4 more) and that in August they would change the offer to where Xfinity would charge for 1 Gb minimum whether you use data or not (but I would keep my original plan rate).

If you signed up before 8/1/19 for the 1st generation by the gig plan you can still add phones to that plan and just pay taxes only each month as long as total data usage of all phones is less than 100 mb. If you go over you will have a $12 charge for the first gb

I have earned more than a $1000 in prepaid cards from Xfinity and I continue to join their promos and continue receiving the gift cards. If I were you I'd not risk calling them and making them aware that this can happen. This will make them make the rules stricter and we can say goodbye to the loopholes. As long as you don't exceed $500 per promotion type, I'd say it's a go.
Yes, yes it was too good to be true. When I checked the compatibility of the iphone 7 it said, not compatible, but you can get up to $400 for your iphone 7. In order to effectuate the trade in, I had to go into the store. So I took time out of my busy day to do so. They check the IMEI of the iPhone 7 (no water damage, perfect condition), and announce to me a trade in value of $78. A victim of a classic bait and switch business practice, I was absolutely furious. I lost my temper with them and walked out.
The $100 promotion ends on 08/04.

Oh wow they've finally added some android phones to BYOD. Great service for low data users otherwise go with Total Wireless if you need VZ service.

Bummer no Pixel support. All those old Samsungs are outdated. Visible or Total Wireless are much better if you're looking at using more than 1GB. It's like $4 in taxes on the base rate too.

My brother has been using this service for 4-5 months now, he has great service. He purchased a cheap Samsung phone from them and uses very little data, he pays around $3/month for unlimited talk/text.

They will charge you $10 extra if you don't have an active Internet line.

Here are the terms I found:

Restrictions apply. Not available in all areas. Requires residential post-pay Xfinity Internet.Prepaid card offer ends 8/4/19. Limited to select eligible phones. Requires activation of new Xfinity Mobile line and transfer of phone number from another carrier within 30 days of line activation. Must maintain new Xfinity Mobile line with an account in good standing for 90 days following line activation. Prepaid card issued by MetaBank®, Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Visa® U.S.A., Inc. Prepaid card mailed to Xfinity account holder within 16-18 weeks of activation of all required services and expires in 180 days. May not be combined with other offers. Maximum $500 in prepaid card amount per customer/account. One card issued for total qualifying amount.

The bold is my own. If my account has previously earned $700 in prepaid cards does this mean I won't qualify? Or is the limit just for this particular offer? I might have to contact them.

It shows 2 option, either pay $12/GB or 45/unlimited. so do we end up paying $12 per month or $12 only when we use 1 GB data ?

If you have xfinity internet then u get 100mb at the start of bill cycle, after 100mb $12/gb kicks in, unlimited talk text is included upto 5 lines for xfinity internet subscribers
