Plus taxes and fees. If you live in IL like I do, taxes will be like $8 extra per month. There is always a $5 e911 fee plus other bogus fees.

We can make a difference perhaps by sending this plan offer to the corporate office of your current (likely more pricey) provider. Just did it with Total Wireless and politely told them their service of single line for $35/month for 5GB and lack of hot spot is no longer competitive.
I'm fairly certain that those companies monitor their competition VERY closely. I don't think they need your help.

Hey everyone, I need some help here... I am currently on Straight Talk using their AT&T service... I would like to switch to this, and there's no reason my number wouldn't be eligible for transfer.

However, during checkout it tells me that my number isn't eligible for transfer. If I go to the main AT&T wireless number transfer page, it tells me that my number is eligible for transfer.

This is annoying, I just want to order and move forward. Anyone have any advice or run into similar issues? Thanks in advance.

This is what I did. Left att for mint. This must be att's response. But I wouldn't trust them to not raise the price after the first year. Besides, Mint is still $60 cheaper and 2 months into their service haven't noticed any downsides.
I got mint for my mother since tmo signal is better at her work place. I'm using H2O since my company literally has a ATT tower in their area. they have long term contract with ATT...but anyway I'm taking this deal after this month.

It felt slower than that. I left ATT for T-mobile this year after going over my data allotment and having web pages take like 5 minutes to load if they loaded at all.
lol, that's dial up speeds. I'm surprised it loaded anything, web pages today aren't made for speeds that slow.

I'm AT&T prepaid. How do I best leverage this deal and keep my number. port into Verizon to get cheap Verizon phones and immediately port back out into this plan?

I'm currently with T-Mobile and pay 80 for 2 lines for unlimited everything. How much will this run me with this promo and do they charge tax
Wow. Guess you don't feel the need to read any part of this thread. Just expect someone to do that for you and reply with a summary.

Have been with att prepaid from postpaid for almost a year now. Best move I made so far when it comes to cellphone plan services. $70 for 2 lines at 8gb each after multiline and autopay discounts. I still buy the prepaid cards when they're on sale which makes the deal a lot better! Coverage and speed is very good!

If you're planning to switch from postpaid like I did, take advantage of the discounts first. It was black friday last year and I bought 2 iphones that came with $300 walmart gc each. After I got the phones and gift cards, I immediately paid it in full then made the switch to prepaid. Thay way I am future proof for a few years with my phone and have $600 in gift cards.
Cool! What phones did you get or do you have a link to that old offer? My Mint service isn't ending until November, so timing might be right if they have another promo like the one you got.

So to clarify, once you got the phones from Walmart, you paid them off in full, then they became unlocked so you could use them on ATT? Did the phones not come with service from Walmart already? TIA.

Nothing like that out there now for big discounts? Probably have to wait till Black Friday and by then this deal probably won't be around.

I would wait few days so ATT stores start doing these conversations. If you want to go the porting route avoid ATT MVNO, it takes few hours to switch on same network ie., from ATT MVNO to ATT than Sprint/Verizon/TmO to ATT.

I am hoping someone who switched will post details of multi line discount, taxes and fees.

I got the state tax added for the whole amount on the final page, so unless you don't have sales tax, you're going to pay it.
