Love the finish on this one. Anyone have any experience with it...particularly how to hide it from the wife?

Yes!!! Figured out ALL You must do ..... Buy as many Guitars as possible, Hang up three or four at a time on a wall, keep rotating different ones in and out of the line up.

Wife will get confused , IF she ever asks "I don't remember that one" you reply " That's what you said last time I brought it out and hung it up". She will question her sanity but not the Guitars!!!

LOL

What's the difference between the limited edition American Professional and normal American Professional? Both are Alder Body, Maple neck, Maple Fingerboard and V-Mod pickups. The only difference I can see is the tuners.

I think it's a limited run for Adorama. So the color is different

Quoting the webpage: "Adorama Exclusive Color Lake Placid Blue"

I think that's it, like the previous poster said.

$200 difference in the list price. Must be their version of a Adorama "Signature Guitar".
