Costco Members - Klipsch Reference Theater Pack 5.1 - $449.99

+2 Deal Score
9,344 Views
Costco has the Klipsch Reference Theater Pack 5.1 surround sound package for $449.99.

This regularly goes for $999.99 at Amazon, Best Buy, etc. Even renewed versions of these go for around $600 on Amazon.

Sub comes with wireless transmitter. No speaker wires included. This obviously needs a receiver to power the speakers.

Someone posted this last week. Still on the fence about it since no one gave feedback on quality.

It's Klipsch! I don't think you can get any better at this pricepoint if you are looking for a quality home theater setup.
Looks like Quintet speakers bundled with nice sub. I've had my Quintets for many years now and they are amazing.

I purchased them two weeks ago. Got them last week and installed right away - replacing my aging Klipsch ht-sk5 set. These are definitely an improvement.

The center channel offers a lot more than what I had before. The individual left, right and rear channels are finally really noticeable ...

I have no doubt there are better sets out there, but the price and purchasing from Costco were convincing enough for me.

Wish they include tower speakers with this price tag.

Do you want everything in one box with less wires, or do you not mind having complicated boxes and speakers all over the place and lots of wires for better sound. There are advantages to both.

My man cave has a dedicated home theater system with 4 huge towers, atmos enabled speakers, huge 12" subwoofer, center channel, and an av receiver connected to about 10 different game systems and streamers and I would not have it any other way. My bedroom has a soundbar with a Roku and I would not have it any other way. Different applications for different needs.

I would probably stick to a soundbar for that.

Well, there's your problem! Don't ask!

And if she leaves you over it, you'll just have more money to buy stuff on SlickDeals! At least, that has been my experience so far.
