I'm starting a new thread since the existing one is for new line or port in.

I called Xfinity mobile customer care to ask if they are offering any promotion to existing customers to upgrade to latest iPhone 11 phones and I was informed, in no uncertain terms , that I'm eligible for $250 Visa card if I were to buy a new iPhone 11 (Max or otherwise). He even read some written promotion to confirm when I told him I was suspicious of that offer. I even pointed out their website states that a new line or a port in is required... but I was informed that is not required.

The only requirement is I will have to buy the phone at a local Xfinity store.

Recommended: Place your order for the new iPhones on or after September 20th, 2019 *IN STORE ONLY*

Try your luck at your local store. YMMV.

Keep us updated if you get it or have a hard time getting it. I used the other cashback site T0P that had $75. My hunch is that both have the same parameters but Rak (I still call it EB) took 50% of the rebate for themselves. I really was scared to use T instead of R because I have never used it before and someone on here says it really sucks. So far I have nothing. Both said it was supposed to be for new lines, so I am guessing they are waiting for us to receive the phones and activate new lines.

If I am not wrong, that 37.50 upto cashback is for New connections Internet/TV connections, and not for new phone purchase.

Agreed, but I went in store and confirmed multiple times that you don't have to trade in your device, but you do have to pay it off.

Many months ago I used RAK/EB. Cashback did not show up. They opened a ticket and "followed" up with XM for many weeks. Eventually they added $37.50 because they were apparently being nice to me!

Not according to the offer I posted earlier. It specifically says that Pre-Order and Backorders qualify. At this point pre-order isn't an option but if the phone is not in stock, then backorder would apply. I'm going later today. I really hope it's a non issue. I just want a new phone and $250.

When you say BYOD customers. Do you mean customers who have a BYOD device from last year? I took advantage of the BYOD offer last year and by account even lists "Bring Your Own Device" on it. Where did you hear about this exemption?
