I'm in the same boat that the episode started out kind of crappily. What was really silly was when Shaw showed his video footage of kicking the crap out of the Ring bad guys, it was so obvious he was faking the fighting. At first I thought it was an extremely terribly executed fight sequence carried out by the "Chuck" director. But then Morgan spotted it as being fake - and man was it obvious.

Chuck and Sarah are an item and the 2 of them will live happily ever after (which ironically was the title of tonight's "Lost" episode). And Morgan is the new Chuck by being working w/ the CIA and Buy More.

I find it a bit hard to swallow that Shaw was a double agent really working for the Ring. All of these TV shows have double agents - it gets annoying after a while. I guess we have "Alias" to thank for that. laugh out loud

"Chuck" is on break until Mon., 4/26. Any update of Season 4's fate? It looks like the show is preparing for that happy ending. Frown

I'm not gonna get wrapped up in the reasoning behind it. I'm just glad he finally killed someone. Even more glad that it was Shaw! I am disappointed that it sounds like Chuck killing bad guys won't become a regular thing though, judging by the way Sarah still abhors him doing it, even though she'd kill a dude for a freakin candy bar it seems like...

Actually I heard they're preparing for an ambiguous ending, one that will leave the door open for Season 4 but also serve as a backdoor series finale. I really hate those, but the network has put them in an impossible position. They have to write and shoot the finale, and they can't end the show if it might come back, nor can they ignore the possibility that it will end and not at least attempt to put a viable ending in. All in all, all signs point to us NOT being happy with this finale.

Yeah, I agree that a "compromise" and "safe" finale will not be as good as a real season or series finale. I'm betting that the show won't be salvaged again like it was between Seasons 2 and 3. Sadwalk

Getting back to Mon.'s show, I think the debate is now over as to if Sarah really did or didn't kill Shaw's wife. In those video replays, you could even see her smoking gun.

It could have just been really bad special effects, but it really didn't look like Sarah's gun went off to me. There was no recoil or anything, it was like she was playing laser tag or something. And maybe it was just the broadcast I saw, but it didn't look like the gun shot sound matched up with the fall of the victim either.

One thing that I thought was cheesy was after the no muzzle/recoil shot they showed a front view later with a muzzle flash and recoil.

It must have been cheesy editing.

What struck me about that, is that Chuck isnt willing to kill to save his own life, but he is willing to kill to save Sarah's life. I think that is at least part of the reason that she isnt so upset that Chuck killed someone. And lets face it, chances are that Shaw isnt really dead, anyway.

As to the question of Sarah killing Shaws wife, I dont think she did. I kept thinking "why did she turn around and look at something (or soemone) behind her, right after the shot. Like she heard a shot go off behind her, and turned to look.

It depends on the newspaper. We have one that does free classifieds and another that charges $3 for a small ad. It all depends. Most online classifieds are free. Check out your local newspapers online website. Craigslist is possibility depending on area.

What it seems like is that Sarah and Chuck will end up as a couple and have a happy ending at the end of this season, but even with that there is a open story for season 4 because it didn't show Shaw actually dying. It just showed him being shot and falling into the water.
