So is this just a "Get Free Service" type of thing? It doesn't appear there's much of a profit to make if my math is right. Not that I'm complaining, free money is free money but is it worth the effort?

5 Lines at $30/Month = $150
Taxes and Fees = $45.41 (PA)
Monthly Cost: $195.41
One Time Cost of Google Voice Port Out = $15 ($0 if porting from another carrier)
6 Months Total Cost: $1187.49

Profit: $62.52 ($77.52 Without Google Port Fee)

And that's only if the estimate of taxes and fees are accurate and they waive any activation fees.

certainly, it is the worst wireless carrier on the earth
lol, I would actually vote your post is the most worthless post on the earth..
5 lines ported in and received $1250 average bill is $35 a line PLUS the assorted bullshit taxes/feee.usc, scratch my ass tax, etc. for a bill just shy of $200 a month. So basically 6 months of service for the "worst wireless carrier on the earth"...

What I see is that Unlimited is only required for a tablet, not a smart phone.
"Get $250 when you bring your own smartphone. Get $100 when you bring your own tablet. Unlimited plan required."

I read that as unlimited plan required for either.

Where I live, Verizon is the best. TMobile and att don't even reach inside a tent much less a building.

What's the cheapest plan ? Will I be able to upgrade after I apply the rebate ?
I asked and was told to wait 45 days or until the rebate is validated.

Do you know if I did 5 lines at one time I'd be eligible for $375 or would they each have to be added individually?

I did all at same time. I opened account about one month ago and cashback showed in account the next day payable 11/15. If you do individually, the additional lines will probably be less, like $15 or whatever the rate is for add a line, not the $75 for new account.

I'm wondering if the $10 hot spot plans or one of the connected device plans would qualify for this.

edit: nevermind. unlimited plans only qualify for this promo. cheapest is $70 with one line. even with the $250 rebate, it's not worth it with 6 months of service.

How many did you do? And did it show the total (example $375 5*$75) cash back or did it break down each one?
