Most of the questions asked here are either in the promotion posting, or are just stupid. Read before posting.

The document tells you which items will be accepted for trade. You can NOT do a IP6, or SE, or Samsung, etc.

It really does not matter how much they give you for the trade. The total rebate you will get will total $580.

Yes, this promotion is for people adding T-Mobile new lines. Duh! Think!

Simple math tells you that trading in an XS or XR is probably not going to make sense in most cases. So, if then don't. Duh!

Nobody has asked yet, but yes the phone must be paid for. And yes it must work. And yes it must not be broken. Duh!

And yes, you must have a Costco card to pay for the phone.

How much does ___ cost at Costco? Easy - go to the website. Prices are listed.

This has been asked and answered several times already. Have you read the thread?

You need the trade-in phone IMEI at the time you do the deal. Doesn't need to be in hand. You mail it in within 30 days.

I've heard of people changing IMEI in flight but not sure that won't blow up.

What was the reason for your rejection? I dont think swapping sim and not using the new line is a reason. If it scares you then make a call and send a text from the new line before the swap. I have done it 6 times and never had a issue. Also, TMO is so good about honoring the trade-ins. All you need to make sure that the phone is working and screen is not cracked.
