Most of the questions asked here are either in the promotion posting, or are just stupid. Read before posting.
The document tells you which items will be accepted for trade. You can NOT do a IP6, or SE, or Samsung, etc.
It really does not matter how much they give you for the trade. The total rebate you will get will total $580.
Yes, this promotion is for people adding T-Mobile new lines. Duh! Think!
Simple math tells you that trading in an XS or XR is probably not going to make sense in most cases. So, if then don't. Duh!
Nobody has asked yet, but yes the phone must be paid for. And yes it must work. And yes it must not be broken. Duh!
And yes, you must have a Costco card to pay for the phone.

OK, I think you mean 4 lines, then your calculation should be:
1. Buy 150 online x4 = -$600
2. Trade it in and get 580 x 4 = +$2,320
3. 3 months x $140 Magenta Plan = -$420
4. pay off iPhone 11 in store 630 x4 = -$2520
Total = -600+2320-420-2520=$1220, or $305 per line.
It is still 43.5% of the MSRP. Just consider your self to buy a unlocked iPhone 11 at more than 50% off price.
690 x 4 = 2,760. (adjusted cost)
$2520. (your estimate)
$240 (difference)
Approx. $365* per iPhone 11 64 GB
(* with auto payment option and iPhone 6s cost 4@$150)
One iPhone 11 64 GB with Essentials Plan:
Approx. $430 including tax
(iPhone 6s 1@$140 for trade in)
If you already have an iPhone 6s in hand, you save additional $140.
Approx. final cost $290
Finally, add your value of iPhone your traded in.
$290 + (your old iPhone trade in price or value) = (true cost of this promotion)
Also, I visited a store in another state while in town who knew about the Bring Your Corporate Discount, but the two stores I've visited in DFW were clueless. Anyone able to stack both the $580 and the Bring Your Corporate Discount?
Thanks in advance!

+$420 (for $140 Magenta plan @ 3 months of service)

= $3180 total
-$2320 (which is $580 rebate x 4 phones)
-----------------
= $860/4 phones is
$215 net per phone

In reality, you have to factor in your trade in – so add the true value of your trade in. (you're giving up possession of that asset)
Very few have four 6s in had to trade in. (whatever the cost, factor that in)
