2. How to Redeem Your Offer

The document tells you which items will be accepted for trade. You can NOT do a IP6, or SE, or Samsung, etc.
It really does not matter how much they give you for the trade. The total rebate you will get will total $580.
Yes, this promotion is for people adding T-Mobile new lines. Duh! Think!
Simple math tells you that trading in an XS or XR is probably not going to make sense in most cases. So, if then don't. Duh!
Nobody has asked yet, but yes the phone must be paid for. And yes it must work. And yes it must not be broken. Duh!
And yes, you must have a Costco card to pay for the phone.

Yes you do. The imei will be all over the trade in paperwork
doesn't hurt to fish your luck...max Tmobile can do is charge you back the 580 (but you shoudnt mind as you only paid/wanted 2 iPhones)if there is no backward integration by tmobile or get some humiliating experience while returning the phone at Costco when you have already availed their shipping label and pocketed 580.
FYI, tmobile is doing this deal 8th time since Nov, 2018 so I am assuming they might have covered this double dipping somehow.

I did these deals earlier this year when Simple choice was eligible plan but not any more until they specifically state that Simple Choice is eligible.
