Most of the questions asked here are either in the promotion posting, or are just stupid. Read before posting.
The document tells you which items will be accepted for trade. You can NOT do a IP6, or SE, or Samsung, etc.
It really does not matter how much they give you for the trade. The total rebate you will get will total $580.
Yes, this promotion is for people adding T-Mobile new lines. Duh! Think!
Simple math tells you that trading in an XS or XR is probably not going to make sense in most cases. So, if then don't. Duh!
Nobody has asked yet, but yes the phone must be paid for. And yes it must work. And yes it must not be broken. Duh!
And yes, you must have a Costco card to pay for the phone.

BTW, lucky you get the 3rd line show up know, I still don't see "$25 of 19 Q4 Free Line On Magenta" thing in my plan even though I added 3rd line when the promotion was on.
Chaoss is referring some professional shipping company/person will put a battery inside warning sticker when they handle battery-contained shippment. It is a practice there, but, for this promotion, you do NOT have a sticker and do NOT need one as well.
What you have sound right: you only have a prepaid label. It is your responsibility to find proper packaging material, say a box or bubbled envelop to ship your phone. Costco will give you no shipping supply to ship your trade-in phone.

So one of the qualification condition is to check if your trade-in phone is indeed traded in before they issue you the credit for new phone purchase.

Feed back this number to your calculation, each iPhone 11 net cost change from 279 (=$1116.5/4) to $441(=($1116.5+650)/4). Nobody call it a bad deal, considering you get alose to half price and there is one Pro Max, but just make the math correct and not get false joy.

I also had a mismatch of what rep and chat rep said about inventory. They had 5 in stock about which the kiosk rep was not updated. So, I request him to check with management, and then after checking, he told me his list had it wrong.
And, about the immigrant part- its also true for me. Just put "year" in place of "week".

mail in trade in device separately and each mail in receipt has the IMEI of correspnding trade in device so dont mix match these mail in receipt to avoid the rebate processing delay
