2. How to Redeem Your Offer

Most of the questions asked here are either in the promotion posting, or are just stupid. Read before posting.
The document tells you which items will be accepted for trade. You can NOT do a IP6, or SE, or Samsung, etc.
It really does not matter how much they give you for the trade. The total rebate you will get will total $580.
Yes, this promotion is for people adding T-Mobile new lines. Duh! Think!
Simple math tells you that trading in an XS or XR is probably not going to make sense in most cases. So, if then don't. Duh!
Nobody has asked yet, but yes the phone must be paid for. And yes it must work. And yes it must not be broken. Duh!
And yes, you must have a Costco card to pay for the phone.

Not sure what time frame you are talking about? I just asked about the phones they had in stock and they said nothing but the XR.
Let's say you chatted at Costco at 10 am and went at 11 am to the store, they probably don't want to sell the iPhones to you.
Now let's say you chatted at 10 am and went at 6 pm, that's a bigger time frame and possible they sold out.
The rep said he would not sell to the guy that called because he was trying to get 8 phones and assumed he was going to sign up, cancel, and resell the phones. He told me that if he feels like someone's trying to abuse the promo, he will either tell him they are sold out or limit the number he can purchase.
So I am guessing it's up to their discretion.

Ah. It was within an hour. But since I never told the kiosk rep how many I wanted or got to discuss anything at all, I don't know what basis she would have used for not wanting to sell to me.

I went to store after confirmation with live chat. And even shown the chat history to them. But they said it is wrongly updated in the database or something. I felt they are trying to fool us by taking all the iPhones amd selling it later.
I don't know why they want to extend the offer without any phone in stock.
