2. How to Redeem Your Offer

The document tells you which items will be accepted for trade. You can NOT do a IP6, or SE, or Samsung, etc.
It really does not matter how much they give you for the trade. The total rebate you will get will total $580.
Yes, this promotion is for people adding T-Mobile new lines. Duh! Think!
Simple math tells you that trading in an XS or XR is probably not going to make sense in most cases. So, if then don't. Duh!
Nobody has asked yet, but yes the phone must be paid for. And yes it must work. And yes it must not be broken. Duh!
And yes, you must have a Costco card to pay for the phone.

Tried looking through the thread but didn't see anything.
Just activate it and then turn it off. Wrap it up for Christmas.
If the person receiving a brand new iphone as a gift acts like an azzhat due to the lack of shrinkwrap, take the phone back and sell it on swappa.
The sim doesn't necessarily get activated by Costco. The rep at my Costco just handed me the phone without opening the box after processing the paperwork. I still use my old sim with the new phone.
