Most of the questions asked here are either in the promotion posting, or are just stupid. Read before posting.
The document tells you which items will be accepted for trade. You can NOT do a IP6, or SE, or Samsung, etc.
It really does not matter how much they give you for the trade. The total rebate you will get will total $580.
Yes, this promotion is for people adding T-Mobile new lines. Duh! Think!
Simple math tells you that trading in an XS or XR is probably not going to make sense in most cases. So, if then don't. Duh!
Nobody has asked yet, but yes the phone must be paid for. And yes it must work. And yes it must not be broken. Duh!
And yes, you must have a Costco card to pay for the phone.

Should i submit my rebate also on his name or i can use my name
I closed T-Mobile line that was on my name from previous june promotion about 60 days back
I havne't heard this through anyone else....was this guy just lying to me? Or do we have to keep the lines open 6 months or risk losing the rebate?
I was basically opening another line and going to cancel it as soon as the rebate came, figured it was worth the sunk cost of a line relative to the big rebate $.
Thanks for any help - will look to see if I can still do this deal as the guy said it was extended to Nov 19.
what number did you call and how did they tell you they knew the condition of your trade-in?
I called and they told me they knew it arrived but that was all. no other info. it's been a week now, but my other 3 trade-ins were credited last week.
Assurant sends phone images in detail once received..they either send credit amount or put them in backlog.. so tmobile rep's can see the phone condition... tmo *18009378997 .. just escalate to manager and they will get to the bottom of it..

I just got the first month bill - and it says usage period of Nov 7th through 9th of 70$ for single line Magenta..what a rip off? I could have asked the T-Mobile customer care..but no better place to get the fast other than here..
Just saw your post and I check my bill online..I signed up on Nov 7th also, and my bill said the same Nov. 7 -Nov. 9 for $70 magenta unlimted 55.
Can anyone please confirm if this is right? I have read that if you cancel before your service end, they will not prorate your bill for refunds anymore...but for this..Wow..I hope that's not right.

This deal came around at least 2 or 3 times last year. I would honestly wait until black friday weekend to see if they will bring back the $750 deal because thats when it happened last year
It only makes sense that the black friday deal this year will beat this deal or this deal will come back one or two more times like last year anyway

I hope all is well and thanks for reaching out to T-Force.
congrats on your new service with T-Mobile!
That's a great question about your first bill, and I'd love to help provide some clarification.
T-Mobile does use a Bill Current billing system. Bill Current billing pulls postpaid customer's payments forward one month, helping to reduce bad debt by moving up the payment received date by 30 days. The first bill cycle will close within 1 - 4 days of activation, so this is why you received the bill just a few days after activation, to cover the next month.
Please let me know if this makes sense, and if you have any account specific questions, you can verify your account below. ^VinnyFrancisco..
2nd message:
Id be happy to continue clarification. Any Post Paid account activated on or after May 20, 2012 are Bill Current. And you are correct, this is much like Pre Paid, in terms of paying upfront. All wireless companies practice this, again to prevent bad debt.
You can see on page 2 of your bill, you actually paid for Nov 10th-Dec 9th. Our billing system will forgive the prorated monthly reoccurring charges charges, associated taxes, and regulatory fee for the 1-4 days of the first bill cycle. This is why page 2 says Nov 10 - Dec 09. You actually did not pay for Nov 07, 2019 - Nov 09, 2019 as again, our system forgives those first few days. ^VinnyFrancisco
I bought two, one each day. I didn't want to take a chance that the deal wouldn't be renewed.
It is a relatively good price though, $900 for 64 GB, versus $1,000 elsewhere. Plus no activation fee....
