Most of the questions asked here are either in the promotion posting, or are just stupid. Read before posting.
The document tells you which items will be accepted for trade. You can NOT do a IP6, or SE, or Samsung, etc.
It really does not matter how much they give you for the trade. The total rebate you will get will total $580.
Yes, this promotion is for people adding T-Mobile new lines. Duh! Think!
Simple math tells you that trading in an XS or XR is probably not going to make sense in most cases. So, if then don't. Duh!
Nobody has asked yet, but yes the phone must be paid for. And yes it must work. And yes it must not be broken. Duh!
And yes, you must have a Costco card to pay for the phone.

Seems like they were denied due to the SKU being different
How it is getting ahead..common man
Several people here have shipped their phone already and have gotten a text saying they will get the value for the one time bill credit. Which means that Assurant has received the device.
I don't really know what else you want to know by calling tmobile so fast
But Costco ONLY had the iPhone 11 in: black, white and red.
According to a user here, they were able to purchase a purple iPhone 11. I chatted with costco a few minutes ago and he said that my local store has the purple and green iPhone 11 in stock.

so if you are on a new plan, it's best to try to avoid these new colors so you won't have to pay more 'months' of service due to what seems like an error. (if you are going to cancel the whole account)
iPhone on us: Up to $700 via bill credits based on trade in eligibility (iPhone 7, 7+, 8, 8+, X, XR, XS, or XS Max trade-ins receive max value)
Max 6 lines

Hope costco matches this during Thanksgiving weekend.
So it's not on their printed list, and they may not even be aware they arrived.

I went to the store yesterday to return and the rep at the kiosk said they could not accept returns after 14 days, that they could only do exchanges.
You will have to work with T-Mobile separately then about cancelling your plan. Check their website, I think you have 30 days without paying for the plan? If you cancel after 30 days, you pay for the time used, but you can cancel the "current" month and get a refund.
At least, that applies for people who port in- they want you to be able to try their service. Not 100% sure whether it applies if you didn't port in?
