Why people are all over for this laptop, can't we get this kind online deal(around $300 with tax) around bf ? And if you upgrade, it will cost you at least $100 more, doesn't make sense to me.
Cuz u can't find a 10th gen i5 with g4 integrated graphics for less than $300. Most of the sub $500 Laptops for BF r either 8th gen or 10th gen g1, let alone the fact that this is IPS screen with a light weight at 3.2 lbs

This one has g4 graphics and the 399$ one is a g1 - no upgrade can fix that.
120 $ can buy more than a 256 gb SSD and 4 gigs og RAM.
Also note that this has a better wifi module...
Why you are suggesting to buy it nither this i7 or i9 , and even with i5 you must have to upgrade ssd and ram which will again cost 150 to 200 $ so total cost around 500$ ... And if something goes wrong during upgrade .. warranty don't cover .. do you still think this is a great deal , please comment.

Covington wa has over 25 in stock! Here is a picture. Also you noticed the screen size is 13.3 on win 10 with i5 display.
WIckedNews, please don't become FIakedNews. The screen is 14 inches, no matter what that screen is saying.

Anyone wonder what happens if you try to do a warranty repair and your receipt says i3 while the laptop is an i5?

I am interested in the $399.99 version of this at costco that has the 256GB SSD and 8GB ram. The only thing is that it doesn't appear to have a backlit keyboard. Can anyone confirm that? If the keyboard isn't backlit, for those that are familiar with these models, is it possible to swap out the keyboard for a backlit part? What would be the part # for that and where could I find it?

Thanks in advance.

you dont make sense actually. it will be surprising for anything to beat this for the price unless its a price mistake.

and why do need $100 to upgrade? not everybody is you. for many people the default 4GB setup is fine. and if you really want 8GB, youo can get the matching stick for $12 shipped and it will be dual channel

the only things youll be seeing for $300 are i3-7th gen cpus. or ryzen 3s. im willing to say even next year an i5-10thgen 14" laptop is unlikely to hit $280. remember 14" is a big deal. anything bigger than 14" actually makes the laptop cost LESS.

Yes. This one here https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B071KP8CGJ/

BTW, you save $0.05 by choosing two individual 16GB instead of the 32GB option. This is SD afterall... Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)

I agree with you, its not worth upgrading it and making its cost $500 with no warranty, and think about the time/effort of upgrading it.
