    I like the stainless ones as the glass doesn't scratch. I had an aluminum series 2 and the glass scratched very easily.

    Basically for the glass, the "sapphire" glass is a lot more durable than the ion-x glass

    Returning a brand new aluminum 5 for this 4 stainless version, way more durable and you can polish the case if need be.

    Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think you can polish the black or gold stainless steel, since the color on those is a coating. I think only the silver stainless can be polished.
