I have had scoliosis correction, and the 2020 titan killed my back. Amex purchase protection covered me, but if you want to return it your going to forfeit over $100. Chair is wayyyyy too firm. I went back to my heavily worn Serta Jennings which was a great investment and still comfortable after 3 years, just had wearing PU.

They don't have very good BF deals. These will maybe be $10 cheaper.
