Jeez...

-Simple Choice is NOT eligible. No, your account isn't special. It won't work. You have to change plans

-If you don't walk out of the store w/ the new Iphone in your hand, you will get bill credits. Which means you are stuck for 2 years and the extra you're paying for the line lessens this deal.

-Deal is $500 rebate for 6s phones, $700 for iPhone 7 and beyond. If you have an iPhone 6 or lower, you're getting no rebate. End of story. There are no loopholes or "what ifs".

-Phone screen can't be cracked. Not a "what about a little crack in the corner" comment. It will be rejected. Same goes for "what about a home button not working." Try it, but don't be surprised when it gets rejected. It's your $700 gamble. Stop asking if it will work.

-If your screen is cracked, get it fixed by a 3rd party place before sending in. It's typically less than $100

-Phone can be unlocked after 40 days w/ a request to Tmobile, and then used with any wireless service.

-Can't cancel line until you get your rebate; then go ahead and cancel or port out. Rebate takes 2-3 months to get

-Phone supports dual sim, so put your current ph# on the Esim (just go to a Tmobile store and ask) and the sim card with your new # in the phone. Yes, you can now have 2 numbers on new iPhones. Then you don't risk the phone # not being active while waiting for the rebate.

-If you want a cheap iPhone 7, look on the internet. Don't be lazy. Otherwise try a boost mobile store and read the "instore promo" offers on their website. Some are shady, so ask everything they're charging you for.

-Lastly, don't trust the Costco wireless reps. Hundreds of people here have done this and similar deals. They know better than any rep you will meet, as they've all done these deals.
Please make sure that you buy the phone outright, meaning limited colors and storage options.

My local store didn't have the iPhone 11 in stock and I was told I'd still get the GC rebate. After reading all the paperwork, when I got home, this isn't the case. Had to go back to cancel the line and wait for the phone shipment to arrive to go back and return that (which you have to mail yourself with the label provided). 2 weeks later, EIP is still on my account.
You are talking CRAP.....stop telling untruths.

This is ABSOLUTELY wrong

ANY listed phone, ANY carrier.....as long as its in good condition and not icloud locked

for cancellation, just port out, don't need to call them

boost mobile is prepaid carrier, don't check credit

tmobile will check credit
Good info. Sounds like a good way to do it then.

All the people that are complaining that they got on $580 deal earlier and are now regretting it. I mean it is common sense that 100% tmobile is gonna have a better deal around bf... most likely the infamous $700-$750 deal... so why not wait another week. I waited and there's reason most people did too.

So if I open a new Tmobile account and sign up for just 1 line and get the 128GB iPhone 11 I'm calculating my cost of the phone to the following:

$740 (including tax)
$210 (3 months of Tmo service)
$140 (Cost of used iPhone 7)
-$680 Rebate
------------------
$410 net cost of phone after canceling line and getting it unlocked

Of course if the rebate comes by 2nd month then it would be $70 less so around $340. But I calculated at maximum time for rebate.

So bottom line is it worth to just get 1 line with this promo or open max 4 lines then?
Not at all!
This promo is to 11/27, which is indicated there will be a black friday then. The worst is same.

$299 for new, $129 pre-owned.

Yes, I could've bought a phone for less by signing up with boost, cricket or other but that would be over $100 anyway, plus ANOTHER credit pull, plus the hassle of trying to get them to cancel the plan. I guess I'm lazy but I'd rather pay $29 more to avoid that.
There is no credit check

Wireless rep in Costco will give you prepaid shipping label. You have to ship the trade in phone later

So this phone even unlocked won't work with cricket att
Who says? This is a standard iPhone - once unlocked should work on any GSM network. AFIK - there is also no longer a separate CDMA vs GSM model - so this should work for Verizon / Sprint as well. But needs to be double checked.
