Jeez...

-Simple Choice is NOT eligible. No, your account isn't special. It won't work. You have to change plans

-If you don't walk out of the store w/ the new Iphone in your hand, you will get bill credits. Which means you are stuck for 2 years and the extra you're paying for the line lessens this deal.

-Deal is $500 rebate for 6s phones, $700 for iPhone 7 and beyond. If you have an iPhone 6 or lower, you're getting no rebate. End of story. There are no loopholes or "what ifs".

-Phone screen can't be cracked. Not a "what about a little crack in the corner" comment. It will be rejected. Same goes for "what about a home button not working." Try it, but don't be surprised when it gets rejected. It's your $700 gamble. Stop asking if it will work.

-If your screen is cracked, get it fixed by a 3rd party place before sending in. It's typically less than $100

-Phone can be unlocked after 40 days w/ a request to Tmobile, and then used with any wireless service.

-Can't cancel line until you get your rebate; then go ahead and cancel or port out. Rebate takes 2-3 months to get

-Phone supports dual sim, so put your current ph# on the Esim (just go to a Tmobile store and ask) and the sim card with your new # in the phone. Yes, you can now have 2 numbers on new iPhones. Then you don't risk the phone # not being active while waiting for the rebate.

-If you want a cheap iPhone 7, look on the internet. Don't be lazy. Otherwise try a boost mobile store and read the "instore promo" offers on their website. Some are shady, so ask everything they're charging you for.

-Lastly, don't trust the Costco wireless reps. Hundreds of people here have done this and similar deals. They know better than any rep you will meet, as they've all done these deals.
Please make sure that you buy the phone outright, meaning limited colors and storage options.

My local store didn't have the iPhone 11 in stock and I was told I'd still get the GC rebate. After reading all the paperwork, when I got home, this isn't the case. Had to go back to cancel the line and wait for the phone shipment to arrive to go back and return that (which you have to mail yourself with the label provided). 2 weeks later, EIP is still on my account.
You are talking CRAP.....stop telling untruths.

This is ABSOLUTELY wrong

ANY listed phone, ANY carrier.....as long as its in good condition and not icloud locked

You usually have to wait 24-48 hours for it to show.
No, this is not the usual 24-48 hours wait thingy. This is a real issue with the rebate process, that T-Mobile is aware of, with no solution at this time.

Can someone help me to break down the cost? If I am trading in iPhone 7, getting iPhone XS, how much will I pay out of pocket, how much back in Costco card, how much in T-Mobile bill credit, and how long is the commitment with T-Mobile?

Just FYI to everyone that's on the fence for this deal. I followed t-mobile very closely last year during the weeks of November and the absolute best iPhone T-mobile deal took place on Cyber Monday. (Not Black Friday). The deal was straight from t-mobile and it was trade-in an iphone, add a line, and get $750 in credits for new iPhone PLUS free Apple Watch series 4. One day only (24 hr sale) on cyber Monday. I'm glad I waited last year and I'll do the same for my wife's upgrade this year to see what they offer.
Was this at Costco?

This sounds like an incredible deal. So the $750 credit would be spread out over 2 years unlike the this Costco deal which is a disadvantage as I will certainly want to upgrade to the designed iPhone next year.

I dont know the full details of the deal but from my understanding you would have to have the line open for 24 months both LINE for the phone and Digits for the watch.

So that's... Assuming ONE/Magenta Plan

$20/month line (auto pay) x 24 months = $480 fee
$10/month digits (auto pay) x 24 = $240 fee

$750 - $480 = $270 credit
AW cost - $240 = ~ $200 credit
$270 + $200 = ~$470 net credit

Is it really a deal though?

Cost of this deal is...

$130 + tax iphone 7 from boost = ~$150 fee
$20/line X 2-3 months = $60 fee
$700 - $210 = $490 net credit

Unlesss you absolutely need the line and digits plan, the costco still better imo

No, you don't need to buy insurance from them. Don't listen to the wireless rep

Go to Costco. Buy an iPhone at full price. And then walk out with a new shiny iPhone.

That's not a valid comparison. 2/3 months vs 24 months of cell service. By your own math, the other deal is better
