Jeez...

-Simple Choice is NOT eligible. No, your account isn't special. It won't work. You have to change plans

-If you don't walk out of the store w/ the new Iphone in your hand, you will get bill credits. Which means you are stuck for 2 years and the extra you're paying for the line lessens this deal.

-Deal is $500 rebate for 6s phones, $700 for iPhone 7 and beyond. If you have an iPhone 6 or lower, you're getting no rebate. End of story. There are no loopholes or "what ifs".

-Phone screen can't be cracked. Not a "what about a little crack in the corner" comment. It will be rejected. Same goes for "what about a home button not working." Try it, but don't be surprised when it gets rejected. It's your $700 gamble. Stop asking if it will work.

-If your screen is cracked, get it fixed by a 3rd party place before sending in. It's typically less than $100

-Phone can be unlocked after 40 days w/ a request to Tmobile, and then used with any wireless service.

-Can't cancel line until you get your rebate; then go ahead and cancel or port out. Rebate takes 2-3 months to get

-Phone supports dual sim, so put your current ph# on the Esim (just go to a Tmobile store and ask) and the sim card with your new # in the phone. Yes, you can now have 2 numbers on new iPhones. Then you don't risk the phone # not being active while waiting for the rebate.

-If you want a cheap iPhone 7, look on the internet. Don't be lazy. Otherwise try a boost mobile store and read the "instore promo" offers on their website. Some are shady, so ask everything they're charging you for.

-Lastly, don't trust the Costco wireless reps. Hundreds of people here have done this and similar deals. They know better than any rep you will meet, as they've all done these deals.
Please make sure that you buy the phone outright, meaning limited colors and storage options.

My local store didn't have the iPhone 11 in stock and I was told I'd still get the GC rebate. After reading all the paperwork, when I got home, this isn't the case. Had to go back to cancel the line and wait for the phone shipment to arrive to go back and return that (which you have to mail yourself with the label provided). 2 weeks later, EIP is still on my account.
You are talking CRAP.....stop telling untruths.

This is ABSOLUTELY wrong

ANY listed phone, ANY carrier.....as long as its in good condition and not icloud locked

I read the wiki and passed 6 semesters of calculus (823 years ago, lol) but I'm still confused and have a couple questions. I am replacing a paid off 7 plus on Verizon and switching to T-Mobile.

#7 in the wiki gives plan prices that are much higher than what I see on the T-Mobile site. Why is there a discrepancy?

I need to keep my existing number. I assume this isn't an issue. However, I'd prefer to not use the new phone until Christmas (it's a gift). Is this possible?

TIA

There was a brief period where they allowed adding a 3rd line to 55+. Not sure if it's still active
The older 55 + plans are eligible for 3 lines. The Costco rep should see your account info if you're eligible. The rate plan will shown 55 + 3L.

You open the new line with this promo from Costco and trade in your iPhone 7 with this promo. You will have new number with this t-mobile Iphone and keep it until it can be unlocked (40 days). Once unlocked then go to T-mobile store and ask to move sim to esim. Then you put your old sim to this iPhone 11. You will have 2 numbers in 1 phone. Keep in mind you have 30 days to mail in your trade in device. So it might have a bit overlap time to get it by Christmas and a few days that you can't use the old number.

Can I initiate the process and buy the phone with an iPhone 6s (as Costco seems to be running out of stock 11's fast) and within a week or so replace trade-in with iPhone 7 ... so I can get additional 200 dollars? Will calling T-force or going back to Costco week after initial purchase work?

You will need new trade in paperwork from Costco with the updated iPhone 7's IMEI. Some rep do some don't. You can ask if they will do it for you.

What in the world are you talking about? Why would you get a TM number from ebay? They will give a number at the store, or port in your number. You MUST get a new line at the store for this deal.

I have the exact same question, if we could deny activation in store. Also if there is any requirement of Port in number, can i just use Tmobile numbers from ebay?

Thank you. So, there is no way to port the old number to the new phone in under 40 days? I'd really don't want 2 phone numbers. I'd give the gift before Christmas to avoid that.

BTW: I've answered #7: the monthly plan fee varies with the number of lines that are activated. That leads me to a new question: can I add more lines at a later date and still get discounted line rates. I assume "yes" but I'm not certain.

I had the same issue and my previous rebate ($580) was also denied so I called the customer service. They said their system is having issues with Costco rebate and asked me to try again after 72 hours.
Did you finally submitted the last rebate?... It should be more than 72 hours day by now... if u did it how did u submit??

Does the trade-in iPhone have to be paid off in order to get the rebate?
Really? You think you can trade in a phone you do not own?
Sure, I am will go down to ATT and buy a brand new phone on a payment plan. Then trade it in to TM. And the fairy godmother will make it all fine.

I read below comment on T-Mobile site. What does below comment mean? What is 24 Bill Credit. Is it applicable for Costco Deal as well?

---If you cancel your line before receiving 24 bill credits, credits stop and remaining balance at full price is due; if cancelling your account, you can contact us first to instead make discounted monthly balance payments----
That is because you are looking at a deal at Tmobile, as discussed 100 times here. The costco deal is different.

Depending on what you buy. iPhone 11 with 64gb is $630 and 128gb is $680. You get what u you paid before tax. For example your iPhone 8 trade in is $100 and you buy 11 with 64gb then you will get $100 bill credit and $530 virtual card back.

Best to talk to your mortgage person as to whether it would be an issue or not.

While I'd think it shouldn't, they would be the best source of advice.
Depending on your credit score - doing ANYTHING could put you at risk. Normally a few points on a credit pull is no big deal. Yes, talk to your mortgage person and KNOW what your scores are.
