-Simple Choice is NOT eligible. No, your account isn't special. It won't work. You have to change plans
-If you don't walk out of the store w/ the new Iphone in your hand, you will get bill credits. Which means you are stuck for 2 years and the extra you're paying for the line lessens this deal.
-Deal is $500 rebate for 6s phones, $700 for iPhone 7 and beyond. If you have an iPhone 6 or lower, you're getting no rebate. End of story. There are no loopholes or "what ifs".
-Phone screen can't be cracked. Not a "what about a little crack in the corner" comment. It will be rejected. Same goes for "what about a home button not working." Try it, but don't be surprised when it gets rejected. It's your $700 gamble. Stop asking if it will work.
-If your screen is cracked, get it fixed by a 3rd party place before sending in. It's typically less than $100
-Phone can be unlocked after 40 days w/ a request to Tmobile, and then used with any wireless service.
-Can't cancel line until you get your rebate; then go ahead and cancel or port out. Rebate takes 2-3 months to get
-Phone supports dual sim, so put your current ph# on the Esim (just go to a Tmobile store and ask) and the sim card with your new # in the phone. Yes, you can now have 2 numbers on new iPhones. Then you don't risk the phone # not being active while waiting for the rebate.
-If you want a cheap iPhone 7, look on the internet. Don't be lazy. Otherwise try a boost mobile store and read the "instore promo" offers on their website. Some are shady, so ask everything they're charging you for.
-Lastly, don't trust the Costco wireless reps. Hundreds of people here have done this and similar deals. They know better than any rep you will meet, as they've all done these deals.
My local store didn't have the iPhone 11 in stock and I was told I'd still get the GC rebate. After reading all the paperwork, when I got home, this isn't the case. Had to go back to cancel the line and wait for the phone shipment to arrive to go back and return that (which you have to mail yourself with the label provided). 2 weeks later, EIP is still on my account.
This is ABSOLUTELY wrong
ANY listed phone, ANY carrier.....as long as its in good condition and not icloud locked

BTW: I've answered #7: the monthly plan fee varies with the number of lines that are activated. That leads me to a new question: can I add more lines at a later date and still get discounted line rates. I assume "yes" but I'm not certain.
Depending on the plan, I think for magenta you can have up to 8 lines with their approval.

Also, noticed the price drop on the phones, I paid $700 for 64GB, now it's $680 for 128GB, would they refund the difference?

TIA
I called in TMO and got that incorrect number released from my account and got my correct number ported in successfully but now I am worried about sending the old iPhone as it is against an incorrect number.
What should be my choices? Costco rep is telling me, it won't matter once device is received by Assurant you can call TMO to get it traded against correct number.
Shall I just go to Costco and cancel this line and add a new line and do the promo again?
Will canceling a line (1 out of 4) and getting a new line VOID all of my promotional rebates?
The estimated trade in value for my iPhone 7 shows up as $22. The rep didn't give me a mailing label either. Did he forget to provide a mailing label to mail my old phone or is that optional for him?
