Jeez...

-Simple Choice is NOT eligible. No, your account isn't special. It won't work. You have to change plans

-If you don't walk out of the store w/ the new Iphone in your hand, you will get bill credits. Which means you are stuck for 2 years and the extra you're paying for the line lessens this deal.

-Deal is $500 rebate for 6s phones, $700 for iPhone 7 and beyond. If you have an iPhone 6 or lower, you're getting no rebate. End of story. There are no loopholes or "what ifs".

-Phone screen can't be cracked. Not a "what about a little crack in the corner" comment. It will be rejected. Same goes for "what about a home button not working." Try it, but don't be surprised when it gets rejected. It's your $700 gamble. Stop asking if it will work.

-If your screen is cracked, get it fixed by a 3rd party place before sending in. It's typically less than $100

-Phone can be unlocked after 40 days w/ a request to Tmobile, and then used with any wireless service.

-Can't cancel line until you get your rebate; then go ahead and cancel or port out. Rebate takes 2-3 months to get

-Phone supports dual sim, so put your current ph# on the Esim (just go to a Tmobile store and ask) and the sim card with your new # in the phone. Yes, you can now have 2 numbers on new iPhones. Then you don't risk the phone # not being active while waiting for the rebate.

-If you want a cheap iPhone 7, look on the internet. Don't be lazy. Otherwise try a boost mobile store and read the "instore promo" offers on their website. Some are shady, so ask everything they're charging you for.

-Lastly, don't trust the Costco wireless reps. Hundreds of people here have done this and similar deals. They know better than any rep you will meet, as they've all done these deals.
Please make sure that you buy the phone outright, meaning limited colors and storage options.

My local store didn't have the iPhone 11 in stock and I was told I'd still get the GC rebate. After reading all the paperwork, when I got home, this isn't the case. Had to go back to cancel the line and wait for the phone shipment to arrive to go back and return that (which you have to mail yourself with the label provided). 2 weeks later, EIP is still on my account.
You are talking CRAP.....stop telling untruths.

This is ABSOLUTELY wrong

ANY listed phone, ANY carrier.....as long as its in good condition and not icloud locked

Not sure how reliable Costco chat reps are but I was just told the promotion is still ending today. Heard from wireless advocates it is being extended to 12/2.

Costco.: That ends today.

I got the iPhone pro max today and next step is to submit the rebate online and ship the trade in phone. My question is should I wait for holiday to over or drop my phone today at USPS. Just wondering if this will affect anyway.
do not forget the 30 day rule. I would mail it now. I handed both of mine to our mail person.

Not that you should rely on the past... but just about everyone gets extended, multiple times.

Today I bought 4 iPhone 7's from Boost Mobile with their B1G1 promo. Here is the breakdown:

4 lines $103 total monthly payment
4 x $25 = $100 Account Set up Fee
4 iPhone 7's $100

Sub Total $303
Sales Tax $ 10.25
Total $313.23
Did you do port in and also with B1G1 the promo says $49 each. How did you manage to get 4 phones for $100?

I currently have a TMobile family plan with 4 lines. My wife bought 2 iPhone 11 and opened a new account with 2 lines under her name from Costco. Now I have 2 plans. I need to trade in 2 of my kids' iPhone 7 in my currently family plan. What's the proper way to add my kids' current phone numbers to the 2 new iPhone 11? Is it OK to go to a TMobile store asking them to put current numbers on Esim now? Will TMobile folks question us and refuse to do it if they realize both current and new numbers are with TMobile? Will this also mess up my billing for the new plan which will have usages for both new and old numbers? Thanks.

When I was at costco signingup for this deal, I was trying to port from GoogleFi and it threw an error saying along the lines of "Not eligible for port". I had to get a new number. I called tmobile requesting for port and it succeeded. Did I do anything to break the rebate process? (as in is the phone number a key to the whole rebate process and changing it would cause any issues that I can avoid.)
Did the Costco rep call to create a line or did you do it outside Costco ?

I purchased a pre owned iPhone 7 from Boost mobile. When I enter the IMEI of the device on ting.com website, it says

"Sorry, this phone can't be activated right now. This device has not reached financial eligibility. "

Is this phone eligible to trade-in ? or Should I return it and buy a brand new iPhone 7 at Boost store by porting a number to trade-in ?

Thanks

If you want to try to unlock the phones, otherwise trade away.

I think boost is always locked until you have the service for 12 months but others have mentioned locked doesn't matter for this deal. It wasn't even a question on the form Costco had to do for the trade.
will boost phone with sprint financial responsibility issue void the trade in rebate? Thank you

I sent a tweet yesterday to complain about the issue with submitting IMEIs. Tmobile responded immediately via DM and worked with me to create a ticket. They reached out this morning to say it should be resolved. And yes, it is resolved. I was able to successfully submit my rebates online for two phone - an Iphone 11 purple 128 GB and Iphone Pro Space Gray 64GB.
