Jeez...

-Simple Choice is NOT eligible. No, your account isn't special. It won't work. You have to change plans

-If you don't walk out of the store w/ the new Iphone in your hand, you will get bill credits. Which means you are stuck for 2 years and the extra you're paying for the line lessens this deal.

-Deal is $500 rebate for 6s phones, $700 for iPhone 7 and beyond. If you have an iPhone 6 or lower, you're getting no rebate. End of story. There are no loopholes or "what ifs".

-Phone screen can't be cracked. Not a "what about a little crack in the corner" comment. It will be rejected. Same goes for "what about a home button not working." Try it, but don't be surprised when it gets rejected. It's your $700 gamble. Stop asking if it will work.

-If your screen is cracked, get it fixed by a 3rd party place before sending in. It's typically less than $100

-Phone can be unlocked after 40 days w/ a request to Tmobile, and then used with any wireless service.

-Can't cancel line until you get your rebate; then go ahead and cancel or port out. Rebate takes 2-3 months to get

-Phone supports dual sim, so put your current ph# on the Esim (just go to a Tmobile store and ask) and the sim card with your new # in the phone. Yes, you can now have 2 numbers on new iPhones. Then you don't risk the phone # not being active while waiting for the rebate.

-If you want a cheap iPhone 7, look on the internet. Don't be lazy. Otherwise try a boost mobile store and read the "instore promo" offers on their website. Some are shady, so ask everything they're charging you for.

-Lastly, don't trust the Costco wireless reps. Hundreds of people here have done this and similar deals. They know better than any rep you will meet, as they've all done these deals.
Please make sure that you buy the phone outright, meaning limited colors and storage options.

My local store didn't have the iPhone 11 in stock and I was told I'd still get the GC rebate. After reading all the paperwork, when I got home, this isn't the case. Had to go back to cancel the line and wait for the phone shipment to arrive to go back and return that (which you have to mail yourself with the label provided). 2 weeks later, EIP is still on my account.
You are talking CRAP.....stop telling untruths.

This is ABSOLUTELY wrong

ANY listed phone, ANY carrier.....as long as its in good condition and not icloud locked

Thanks~ and do i need to submit the rebate on the website first and then send the trade-in phone?
or send the trade-in phone first and then submit the rebate?
I do not get this question at all.

Sometime during the day you do the online rebate. Then sometime in the same day you do the mail in.

I would at least do the online thing to make sure it is working. then hand the phone to your mail person.

Did the latest inventory have any new colors? I'm looking for 11 Pro other than Space Gray.
Are you talking about the inventory at exactly 2:50pm?

Or maybe an hour later? Or earlier?

And what store?

Come on - inventory moves around all day, every day.

Normally I wouldn't get so ticked off at resellers but what I saw at Costco last night really did tick me off. About 7 people from a certain country. 2 of them being attended, stacks of 4 iPhone 11 in green. Opening new accounts. The others asking stupid questions that I am sure know the answers to. "What's the lowest rate plan". When's the soonest I can cancel the account". "Are boost iPhone 7 eligible". Do the phones have to be unlocked". 🤦🏽 ♂️🤦🏽 ♂️
I'm personally going to use the devices I on my account. Somewhat surprised that they allowed 4 lines, but I read in an earlier post that it could be tmobile wanting to show these numbers to merge with sprint quicker. Who knows. Let's see what happens in the future with deals like this from Costco

Buy one on eBay. Search "phone number to Port." Wait and get phone number, account number, and account pin. I did it yesterday and it was emailed within an hour. Then use that at the Boost store.

ETA: I wrote all my info on a Post-It and just gave it to the salesperson. All they asked was if it was an active number. No questions about how long it was active. I was at the store about 1.5 hours after I bought it on eBay and the port went through without any problems.
At the boost store what did it cost you overall? $50(phone)+$50(plan)+ activatiton charge + tax.??
I also see in wiki that the phone had to be "paid off" to be eligible for trade-in. Is this boost phone considered "paid off"?

After having "IMEI not eligible" issues, I was just able to submit my rebate this morning (11/27) for a phone purchased Monday (11/25). Might be worth trying again if you ran into problems.

Just called local Costco (both Chicago, IL and Niles, IL) and only have 64gb purple ip11 in stock. Also, they are saying the deal does end today as stated in the original ad.

Currently on ATT with two lines. In effort to lower monthly cost (and get a new phone while I'm at it), would this Costco deal be the best? If I am just choosing to switch over to TMO, would going thought TMO directly be a better choice?

costco rep is right most likely... depending on the plan u guys have you can have only so many active lines on account. some cap at 8 some at 10, some at 12... Costco's system tells the rep whether there are any available lines to add. we have been through this on our old account where tmobile kept telling we are good for 12 lines where costco it would show 0 available to add.
Costco rep saw that there were only 7 active lines, the other 4 had been deactivated years ago (I could see that they were all listed under the same column but greyed out). I called TMobile afterwards and they said I should have been able to open up to 5 lines (to not exceed the 12 that my plan allows).
They actually tried to make me open a new account to get the remaining 3 lines that I wanted. Will probably try another location just in case.

I am at Bolingbrook , IL Costco. Rep said no 128 GB iPhone 11. But the sheet he had says 5 quantity. When I asked to another rep, he was able to purchase 128 GB T-Mobile purple iPhone 11. It looks like Reps are hiding the units. Don't know the reason.

Say I would like to start an account and add 4 new lines, will trade-in 4 iphone 7s.
My question is just about the cost of maintaining the 4 lines for a period of 3 months.

As per attached image here, for Magenta plan, is below cost breakage correct understanding?
https://hmp.me/ctr3

$70 + $50 (This is for first two lines) = $120
2 X $20 (for next two lines) = $40
Total = $160/month for 4 lines.

Is this a correct understanding as per the attached cost/pricing sheet? Please help.
Tmobile has an offer - which is 4th line free if you are on Magenta. So it will be 140$/month for 4 lines assuming you will set up autopay.
