Jeez...

-Simple Choice is NOT eligible. No, your account isn't special. It won't work. You have to change plans

-If you don't walk out of the store w/ the new Iphone in your hand, you will get bill credits. Which means you are stuck for 2 years and the extra you're paying for the line lessens this deal.

-Deal is $500 rebate for 6s phones, $700 for iPhone 7 and beyond. If you have an iPhone 6 or lower, you're getting no rebate. End of story. There are no loopholes or "what ifs".

-Phone screen can't be cracked. Not a "what about a little crack in the corner" comment. It will be rejected. Same goes for "what about a home button not working." Try it, but don't be surprised when it gets rejected. It's your $700 gamble. Stop asking if it will work.

-If your screen is cracked, get it fixed by a 3rd party place before sending in. It's typically less than $100

-Phone can be unlocked after 40 days w/ a request to Tmobile, and then used with any wireless service.

-Can't cancel line until you get your rebate; then go ahead and cancel or port out. Rebate takes 2-3 months to get

-Phone supports dual sim, so put your current ph# on the Esim (just go to a Tmobile store and ask) and the sim card with your new # in the phone. Yes, you can now have 2 numbers on new iPhones. Then you don't risk the phone # not being active while waiting for the rebate.

-If you want a cheap iPhone 7, look on the internet. Don't be lazy. Otherwise try a boost mobile store and read the "instore promo" offers on their website. Some are shady, so ask everything they're charging you for.

-Lastly, don't trust the Costco wireless reps. Hundreds of people here have done this and similar deals. They know better than any rep you will meet, as they've all done these deals.
Please make sure that you buy the phone outright, meaning limited colors and storage options.

My local store didn't have the iPhone 11 in stock and I was told I'd still get the GC rebate. After reading all the paperwork, when I got home, this isn't the case. Had to go back to cancel the line and wait for the phone shipment to arrive to go back and return that (which you have to mail yourself with the label provided). 2 weeks later, EIP is still on my account.
You are talking CRAP.....stop telling untruths.

This is ABSOLUTELY wrong

ANY listed phone, ANY carrier.....as long as its in good condition and not icloud locked

Yes. I used two boost phones that I bought a few months ago. One was clear and the other gave me that same error message. I sent them out, will see what happens.
Are you getting the below error from ting:

Sorry, this phone can't be activated right now. This device has not reached financial eligibility.
The Sprint account holder is the only one that can clear this balance with Sprint. If you have recently paid off your Sprint device, please ensure you allow 48 hours before checking compatibility.

If you bought the phone from a 3rd party you may want to ask for a refund.

What should i do in this case? Any one else have this issue...after buying from boost?

I did the deal, but at a place that doesn't sell much T-Mobile at all. One thing I noticed is that the assurant slip says "accepted trade in offer $29", did that show up as $500-$700 for anyone else? Wondering if I need to pull the plug before I trade these in.

I added two lines yesterday and got two iPhone 11, I got a text later in the night that I got the promo, but one get one line...I don't care about the old numbers, has anyone tried to cancel the other lines and keep these new ones instead ?...and should I cancel them now or wait for rebates to come ?
What old lines are you talking about? If you have old lines that you opened not as part of any promo, then your choice to cancel them. Shouldn't affect rebate on the new lines you opened

Does this still work if I'm already with T mobile?
As long as you can open additional lines on your existing T-Mobile account, then you qualify for this promo

Earlier this week (prior to Thanksgiving), I utilized the promo and opened a new T-Mobile account and added 2 new lines. With the deal continuing till Dec 5th, can I add 2 more lines to the same account with trade-in (iPhone 7's)?

If so, can I combine the rebate offers or should I send them separately (for 2 new lines added prior to Thanksgiving and 2 added lines post Thanksgiving). Thanks for the inputs in advance.
Yes to first q. No to 2nd

Which location did you do the exchange and what is the procedure for this?

Even i want to return my 64GB and get the 256GB one.
I am also looking for a procedure on how to return my 64gb for 128gb. Appreciate if anyone who has done a return and upgraded to more capacity to please share the procedure. What do we have to do without messing up the rebate?

That $29 will reflect in your statement and rest of the money will be in MasterCard

Please talk/chat to Sprint customer service if they can help you.

Boost shipped my phone, I will get my phones on Monday. Will check IMEI and keep you posted.

Did you have to cancel your current service on the trade in phone first?
You can do whatever you want. If you do not cancel, you will keep paying.
If you cancel, then it is done.

Huh?
