Jeez...

-Simple Choice is NOT eligible. No, your account isn't special. It won't work. You have to change plans

-If you don't walk out of the store w/ the new Iphone in your hand, you will get bill credits. Which means you are stuck for 2 years and the extra you're paying for the line lessens this deal.

-Deal is $500 rebate for 6s phones, $700 for iPhone 7 and beyond. If you have an iPhone 6 or lower, you're getting no rebate. End of story. There are no loopholes or "what ifs".

-Phone screen can't be cracked. Not a "what about a little crack in the corner" comment. It will be rejected. Same goes for "what about a home button not working." Try it, but don't be surprised when it gets rejected. It's your $700 gamble. Stop asking if it will work.

-If your screen is cracked, get it fixed by a 3rd party place before sending in. It's typically less than $100

-Phone can be unlocked after 40 days w/ a request to Tmobile, and then used with any wireless service.

-Can't cancel line until you get your rebate; then go ahead and cancel or port out. Rebate takes 2-3 months to get

-Phone supports dual sim, so put your current ph# on the Esim (just go to a Tmobile store and ask) and the sim card with your new # in the phone. Yes, you can now have 2 numbers on new iPhones. Then you don't risk the phone # not being active while waiting for the rebate.

-If you want a cheap iPhone 7, look on the internet. Don't be lazy. Otherwise try a boost mobile store and read the "instore promo" offers on their website. Some are shady, so ask everything they're charging you for.

-Lastly, don't trust the Costco wireless reps. Hundreds of people here have done this and similar deals. They know better than any rep you will meet, as they've all done these deals.
Please make sure that you buy the phone outright, meaning limited colors and storage options.

My local store didn't have the iPhone 11 in stock and I was told I'd still get the GC rebate. After reading all the paperwork, when I got home, this isn't the case. Had to go back to cancel the line and wait for the phone shipment to arrive to go back and return that (which you have to mail yourself with the label provided). 2 weeks later, EIP is still on my account.
You are talking CRAP.....stop telling untruths.

This is ABSOLUTELY wrong

ANY listed phone, ANY carrier.....as long as its in good condition and not icloud locked

i am on same boat.
I took iphone 7 from my friend to get this offer. He removed icloud settings and gave me so i checked all settings and tried "Reset all". It showed some message saying about upgrade but i didnt checked and pressed OK. After reset, it is struck at activation screen and says "An update is required to activate your iphone"
I went to Apple store and they say its a known issue in iphone 7 and they will send it apple support to fix the issue and revert back in 3 weeks. I didnt accepted and came back.

Let me know what you are doing so i can also try same.
I shipped the phone out this afternoon. It is notable that issue cropped up for me, after following trade-in steps listed on the websites of Apple and T-mobile.

Guys, need suggestions please...I added two lines during promo. Since I had cancelled 3 lines in past 90 days, I am thinking if my rebate will be rejected. So, I was thinking of cancelling the two new lines. The Costco rep is unsure if rebate would be cancelled... Any thoughts?

Transfer to your bank directly from the rebate card website. There is no fee to do this.

Log in to the rebate card webpage and click the 'Access $' tab, then transfer. The 'transfer' button is also on the 'Dashboard' tab.
You can only have your bank info attached to 1 rebate card at any same time. So, once you initiate your bank transfer, remove your bank info.
Now log on to the next rebate card and repeat the process until you have all your cards drained.

I did this for all 4 of my rebate cards. I already have the funds in my bank account now.

TY, repped

Can I ship all the trade-in phones together or separate? I think I should ship separately since each has their own shipping label...

It does not matter. In my case, my used boost phone has a screen protector, I kept it. I also repurposed boost mobile package to send the trade in back.

can you get t-mobile store to mail in the trade in phone for you? Did you get a tracking number or a shipping box to go with the phone?
No to the first question. Yes, you are given a print out by the rep. The bottom part is the shipping label; second one is the copy you should keep in the box; the top one is for your reference.

You need to source your own shipping box, bubble wrap, tape, uber to drop off that package at USPS.
