Jeez...

-Simple Choice is NOT eligible. No, your account isn't special. It won't work. You have to change plans

-If you don't walk out of the store w/ the new Iphone in your hand, you will get bill credits. Which means you are stuck for 2 years and the extra you're paying for the line lessens this deal.

-Deal is $500 rebate for 6s phones, $700 for iPhone 7 and beyond. If you have an iPhone 6 or lower, you're getting no rebate. End of story. There are no loopholes or "what ifs".

-Phone screen can't be cracked. Not a "what about a little crack in the corner" comment. It will be rejected. Same goes for "what about a home button not working." Try it, but don't be surprised when it gets rejected. It's your $700 gamble. Stop asking if it will work.

-If your screen is cracked, get it fixed by a 3rd party place before sending in. It's typically less than $100

-Phone can be unlocked after 40 days w/ a request to Tmobile, and then used with any wireless service.

-Can't cancel line until you get your rebate; then go ahead and cancel or port out. Rebate takes 2-3 months to get

-Phone supports dual sim, so put your current ph# on the Esim (just go to a Tmobile store and ask) and the sim card with your new # in the phone. Yes, you can now have 2 numbers on new iPhones. Then you don't risk the phone # not being active while waiting for the rebate.

-If you want a cheap iPhone 7, look on the internet. Don't be lazy. Otherwise try a boost mobile store and read the "instore promo" offers on their website. Some are shady, so ask everything they're charging you for.

-Lastly, don't trust the Costco wireless reps. Hundreds of people here have done this and similar deals. They know better than any rep you will meet, as they've all done these deals.
Please make sure that you buy the phone outright, meaning limited colors and storage options.

My local store didn't have the iPhone 11 in stock and I was told I'd still get the GC rebate. After reading all the paperwork, when I got home, this isn't the case. Had to go back to cancel the line and wait for the phone shipment to arrive to go back and return that (which you have to mail yourself with the label provided). 2 weeks later, EIP is still on my account.
You are talking CRAP.....stop telling untruths.

This is ABSOLUTELY wrong

ANY listed phone, ANY carrier.....as long as its in good condition and not icloud locked

Damn, I should have done this. 3/4 packages showing untracked.
Yeh I have the same issue. Dropped off 7 days ago at USPS office (not counter). It still shows "label Created, not yet in system." Talked to USPS counter today, nothing they can do, except wait.

they use first class shipping, the tracking does not get updated in real time. just wait little bit
Yeah that's the plan for now. Someone told me the "Assurant" labels on the packages make them obvious targets for theft.

At least it's USPS...it's a federal crime to steal mail and you can always report to the postal police if you're sure it was stolen after dropping off in the box.

Ture that.

I gave my postman and told him to scan all 4 packages on the 7th as he picked them up in front of me.

3/4 delivered on the 10th and one will be delivered today. It is a waiting game now. finger crossed.

Does anyone have experience with what happens if my trade in bill credit is greater than my bill when I cancel after receiving the rebate? Will I get a refund on the credit amount or lose it? Would I risk screwing up my rebate if I upgrade my account for the first month from magenta to magenta plus and back down to magenta for the second month to make use of the extra credit?

Did they revise your trade-in value and hence waiting for your approval?

Did you call T-Mobile Promotions Customer Care or general T-Mobile Customer Care?

Cheers!
