Jeez...

-Simple Choice is NOT eligible. No, your account isn't special. It won't work. You have to change plans

-If you don't walk out of the store w/ the new Iphone in your hand, you will get bill credits. Which means you are stuck for 2 years and the extra you're paying for the line lessens this deal.

-Deal is $500 rebate for 6s phones, $700 for iPhone 7 and beyond. If you have an iPhone 6 or lower, you're getting no rebate. End of story. There are no loopholes or "what ifs".

-Phone screen can't be cracked. Not a "what about a little crack in the corner" comment. It will be rejected. Same goes for "what about a home button not working." Try it, but don't be surprised when it gets rejected. It's your $700 gamble. Stop asking if it will work.

-If your screen is cracked, get it fixed by a 3rd party place before sending in. It's typically less than $100

-Phone can be unlocked after 40 days w/ a request to Tmobile, and then used with any wireless service.

-Can't cancel line until you get your rebate; then go ahead and cancel or port out. Rebate takes 2-3 months to get

-Phone supports dual sim, so put your current ph# on the Esim (just go to a Tmobile store and ask) and the sim card with your new # in the phone. Yes, you can now have 2 numbers on new iPhones. Then you don't risk the phone # not being active while waiting for the rebate.

-If you want a cheap iPhone 7, look on the internet. Don't be lazy. Otherwise try a boost mobile store and read the "instore promo" offers on their website. Some are shady, so ask everything they're charging you for.

-Lastly, don't trust the Costco wireless reps. Hundreds of people here have done this and similar deals. They know better than any rep you will meet, as they've all done these deals.
Please make sure that you buy the phone outright, meaning limited colors and storage options.

My local store didn't have the iPhone 11 in stock and I was told I'd still get the GC rebate. After reading all the paperwork, when I got home, this isn't the case. Had to go back to cancel the line and wait for the phone shipment to arrive to go back and return that (which you have to mail yourself with the label provided). 2 weeks later, EIP is still on my account.
You are talking CRAP.....stop telling untruths.

This is ABSOLUTELY wrong

ANY listed phone, ANY carrier.....as long as its in good condition and not icloud locked

OMG chatted with tmobile and rep keeps on insisting i will get my credit in 1-2 billing cycle. i tried to tell them i know poeple have received the credit right away and maybe my rebate is stuck because of $54 instead of $59. they said they dont see anything. So frustrating.

Yep happened to me too. Talked to 2 reps and both of them didn't have any idea of what i was talking about and kept insisting that everything will be applied as bill credits. I called the promotions hotline and they fixed it for me right away. Call up (877) 470-3619‬

I checked like 4 hours later and it was there
Thanks much. I waited for 1 day and now I see a bill credit of $54 applied to my account under the Bill menu.
However on promotions site, I still see the status as 'Received'. Is this normal or should I be seeing the status as 'Accepted' since I have already gotten a bill credit of $54?

Another question I have is related to the auto payment where on Bill menu it says $21 due on Dec-19 and will be autopaid from your account. Shouldn't it be $16 instead since I would be getting a $5 auto pay discount. On Bill menu it shows $75 plan whereas when i go to the account menu, i see $70 plan and it states I get $5 discount.

Received both "Device Recovery Credit-DIR" as $118 for 7 plus and $54(has to call as $59 was Costco estimate) for Iphone 7. Does this means they inspected & accepted the phone and will take upto 6 weeks for rebate card?
Do we have any issues if we get 54 instead of 59 as mentioned by Costco rep? I thought it's like this

700 - 54(bill credits) = 646 rebate card
700 - 59(bill credits) = 641 rebate card

am I missing something?

That only shows if the rebate is received , doesn't actually show if the trade in was accepted and credit issued
you mean the rebate submission, right?
is there a way to find whether the trade in was accepted?

I am still waiting for my bill credits (the trade in devices were delivered by USPS yesterday).. any idea how long it would take to see the bill credits? I understand it would take more time for the virtual rebate card..

Can I send through priority mail??? I have some flat rate boxes at home. Do I need to pay extra for that or the label covers it?

you can't send through priority mail. If you see the shipping label, it shows no special service.

Have you used bubble wrapped envelope or sent in boxes?? Usps didn't seem to have a small box for this when I went.

You are correct. You will get that extra 4 dollars in your rebate card. This is better, as you can transfer that money back to your account later.

Does anyone know the details of the extended promotion?
I don't see any iPhones promotions on the membership wireless website, but T-Mobile website/In-store is still offering 6s/$450 off, 7/$500 off, 8/X/Xs/XR/$700 via 24month bill credits

Then why is everyone stressing and calling T-Mobile to adjust for $5?
